The surrounding area offers endless walks in the 'Waterleiding Duinen', a stunning and protected nature reserve. As well as the beautiful beaches and dunes. We provide 2 bikes (for free), so you can get around easily. The supermarket, farmacie & shops are within a 10 min. walk. Een sprookjesachtig huisje aan het water in een oase van rust. Geniet op de houten veranda van een wijntje of warme chocomelk bij de haard met een fantastisch uitzicht over de polder. Verken de authentieke pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt met de gezelligste restaurants. Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Dichtbij Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn en het strand bij Egmond aan Zee.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.
