Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Block Island Sound

We absolutely love the accommodation provided by Van - spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The terrace and courtyard are both so delightful! It’s very convenient to walk to Brown from here, and the surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, Van’s communication with us has been timely and thoughtful - we can say he’s the most considerate host we’ve encountered in all our years using Airbnb! We will definitely be back!

Incredible location! Walking distance to the town. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very comfortable all weekend long. Carole and Rich are wondering hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend!!

We have stayed at Annette’s apartment several times and it is always terrific. The apartment looks just like the photos, it is bright, spacious and well equipped. The building staff could not be more helpful and parking is straightforward on the new app system. We also really like the location downtown, the building’s outdoor space and the gym. Annette is a great host, giving clear instructions and quick friendly responses. We would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Providence.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances I needed, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—convenient and easy to access nearby attractions. I especially loved the gorgeous backyard, which was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and beautiful stay!

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Excellent location with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Rue Bis, which is right around the corner, for breakfast. Chung-Han met us and showed us where to park and how to get in the building. He's very friendly and communicative. He also allowed us to check out an hour later. Highly recommend if you are in Providence.

The apartment is larger than it looked in the photos. Check in/out were pretty seamless. Fit our family easily, great time. We managed to park our Toyota Sienna in the back parking.. a little tight but it's definitely possible. Thanks!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Natalie's vila. It was so beautiful and accommodating. Our host was responsive and helpful. You will love staying here!

Waterfront Gem is exactly that, a gem!! Beautiful location right on the bay. Steps away from the Boatslip yet quiet and pleasant!! Park the car and walk everywhere!! Comfortable, clean and well stocked with the essentials!! Paula is very responsive and accommodating!! I'd definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

The Mooring House was perfect for our girls’ getaway to Mystic!! Parking in the driveway available and the self check in with the keypad was seamless. We were welcomed to the space with a cute card, fresh cut lilies on the kitchen counter, and a bottle of wine, which was such a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The Airbnb itself was pristine and honestly looks even better than the pictures posted. The large windows throughout the space made it feel so bright, airy, and added to the coastal feel along with the tasteful decor. We were a party of 5 girls and the space was perfect for us. We did not use the home gym or the washer/dryer but appreciated that they were an option. The best part of the Mooring House is the location!! It is walking distance to some local shops and eateries or just a short minutes drive away. Additionally, Eunice is super responsive and friendly when communicating. We felt truly welcomed and had an amazing time. I highly recommend the Mooring House!!

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

We had a lovely time! The house perfectly accommodated a friends trip (6 of us) and had everything we needed - lounge space, dining table, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms. We'll be back!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We really enjoyed our time at Elizabeth Jane's place. The home is spacious and quaint, with nice furnishings, a tasteful colonial feel and easy access to downtown Litchfield and the Berkshires. The bucolic setting is lovely - scenic, relaxing and peaceful.
