I highly recommend this airbnb. It was spacious, lovely, and well stocked. Jenny has thought of everything anyone could possibly need while away from home. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere so well appointed. In addition, the space was beautifully set up, peaceful and quiet. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We were greeted by walking through the gate to the backyard in a rhododendron bush in full bloom. It was absolutely gorgeous. Everything from walking in the door to the Airbnb apartment to settling into the very comfortable bedding we had a really lovely stay, and I would definitely return for future trips. Michael helped us find a beach that didn’t require a local sticker that was perfect!

The detail inside to the bumble bee theme was great with something new always catching your eye. Was able to check in an hour early and Julia was very transparent with communication.

Very clean and comfortable! Tatenda is so sweet and responsive. Walkable to Yale and great restaurants, but also includes covered, safe parking in the building. We had fun grilling a dinner by the outdoor pool. Well-equipped workout rooms and the coffeemaker in the lobby was amazing offering a variety of options. We enjoyed everything about this Airbnb and will likely be back! Thank you Tatenda and Hyatus!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

We enjoyed the stylish decor, peace and quiet of the woods, comfortable beds, and proximity to the charming town of Woodstock, the Catskills, and Phoenicia Diner.

Great little place in a great location! It’s an easy walk to all of downtown New Paltz, with the added bonus of a convenience store and local coffee shop just around the corner. The Empire State Trail is also just right across the street. The house itself is small, the perfect size for a couple. It is a unique and charming place, and well stocked with books and movies to keep you occupied. There’s also a few chargers hanging around in case you forgot yours at home. I wish it had a bigger bed, but that’s really my only complaint!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay! The house is stunningly gorgeous—even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun getaway. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Obsessed with this Airbnb! My husband, dog and I typically go to upstate NY or the Berkshires for long weekends but I came across this Airbnb as I had an event in westchester over the long weekend. Highly recommend! So much hiking, wonderful restaurants and so close to the city. My dog loved this property as well! Will be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

This place is truly magical - there aren’t many place that offer you a private waterfall and creek for the weekend. If you’re looking for peace and quiet near the sound of a running creek and waterfall, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's place. It was exactly what we were hoping for: The place itself was a great location, the aesthetics were very pleasing, the beds were comfortable, and it felt very relaxing to be there. And for anything that we needed, Jan responded very quickly and with care.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.
