Es ist eine großzügige Wohnung, ruhig und zentral gelegen in gehobener Wohngegend. Ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar (evtl. mit Kind). Es gibt offene Räume, ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (1,80m x 2 m) und zusätzlich ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa (1,40m x 2m) im Wohn-Esszimmer.

In einem ruhigen Viertel - zwischen Universität und Innenstadt (10 Minuten zu Fuß) kannst du / könnt ihr zu zweit schöne Tage in unserem Atelier im Erdgeschoss verbringen. Ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Unser renovierter Altbau und die hohen Räume vermitteln ein angenehmes Raumklima. In der Umgebung ist ausreichende Infrastruktur . ( Bäckerei mit Café, Nettomarkt, Apotheke,Bushaltestelle) Der Hauptbahnhof ist fussläufig in 15 min zu erreichen.

Idyllic tiny house on the edge of the forest, without direct neighbors. The center of Dudweiler with all the necessary shops, bus and train connections is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The university can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car. The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit.
