Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bled

The house was beautifully appointed and included everything we needed. It felt luxurious but comfortable and we would all definitely come back and recommend to others. It was a great location with a short walk to the lake and into town. Thank you Jus for a wonderful stay!

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city - this is it! We had a great time at Martina's and Egon's lovely home. I got excited about the terrace that overlooks the forest. The outdoor kitchen area, the hot tub under open sky and Martina's delicious food have been more than add-on's to our stay in Idrija. :)

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

We had a great stay at the house - it was our first trip to Slovenia and staying in such a beautiful location made it even better. The hot tub was amazing but be warned it does take a good few hours to heat up and when we were there, there was only logs to get the fire going, we had to buy news paper and firestarters, so just bear in mind that a trip to Bovec may be necessary. Only other thing to mention was when we checked out we struggled to find the waste bin the host mentioned that was up the hill - the nearest other bin place didn’t do general waste (recycling etc only) so we had to drive a little bit with the black bag in the car. Otherwise though it was amazing and would definitely recommend.

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat in Slovenia. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains, surrounded by nature, and incredibly quiet. The home itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Although we initially had some concerns about not having a private entrance, we quickly realized that the space was completely separate, and everything was absolutely fine. The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of the nature, enjoying breathtaking landscape and stunning mountain view. From time to time animals pass by and say hello - so peaceful it is. The apartment is well equipped, built with quality material and thoughtfully designed. The communication with the host is fast and easy. We highly recommend.

Couldn't have wished for a more. Eva's apartment lies close to the centre of Ljubljana and yet is not overly noisy. There are lots of cosy, intimate restaurants within a few minutes walk in this beautiful, friendly city and we found Eva's recommendations 'spot on' for our tastes. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved the setting and meal at the Strelec restaurant in the Archers Tower, within the walls of Ljubljana castle. There's so much to do and see in and around the city with the weekends busy with outdoor markets and food festivals. We hired a car for the week and once again found all the attractions we wanted to visit within an hours journey. A very romantic, welcoming and beautiful place ...

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maruša's apartment! The little details made it feel like a home away from home. Both Maruša and her mum were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was just what we needed after a day out in the cold. We looked forward to returning to the apartment every day to relax and recharge.

We had a fantastic stay at Marjana's cabin! The house is spacious, clean, and well-suited for a group. The layout offers enough privacy, and the 2.5 bathrooms make the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views from the valley are stunning. It’s a lovely cabin in a peaceful spot, and Marjana was super kind and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend it!

Anze’s chalet was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Anze was an incredible host. The chalet had more than enough space for our group of 9 and was clean, comfortable and has the most incredible views of the lake. The location is great as it’s peaceful and private, but walking distance to the town, train station and ski bus. Although small, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and the laundry has two washing machines and two driers. Anze is a very generous host. He was flexible with both check-in and out times, left lovely treats for us, and was kind enough to organise and Christmas tree and decorations so our children could decorate a tree for Christmas. He was also quick to respond to messages both in the lead-up and during our stay. We were all very sad to leave after a wonderful Christmas week at Anze’s.

We had a really nice time staying at the place. Jaka is a great host: super friendly and helpful. The apartment is ideally located if you plan a few excursions in the area and is equipped with everything you need. Even little things like detergent, dishwasher tabs and the like were thought of, which was totally practical. The parking lot right outside the door was a big plus and the breakfast we booked one morning was just awesome. Really delicious and made with love. Unfortunately, the WiFi was very unreliable, so we often had to use our mobile internet. But that didn't detract from our stay. Overall a clear recommendation – we would come back any time.

The place was homey, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The property is situated in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and within reach of numerous Slovenian highlights by car. The host was also accommodating to our needs, especially since we travelled with a toddler. We highly recommend this place! We consider staying here again the next time we visit Slovenia!

Amazing couple of days stay in Most Na Soci. Property was sizeable and had all the utilities we needed. Host was amazing and was kind enough to give us a lift too and from the train station when we arrived and departed. Couldn’t recommend more!

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

We chose this house for the garden and playground. Our kids had a great time. They were also interested in turtles. The house is quite close to Ljubljana and comfortable for all trips. Very quiet. Everything is tidy and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I recommend it

Very welcoming and friendly Slovenian couple. Well-located accommodation, 10 minutes from the lake. Parking is available in the courtyard. Bikes available. A peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Pool in the garden. We had a very nice stay in Bled!

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

Spectacular location and house for our 2 adults 2 kids and a baby, Francesco, Alessandra and Olivia 🐶 weee magnificent hosts and we couldn’t have asked for more as an ideal launchpad to explore Friuli or just kick back and relax amongst the vineyards

Dear Ulrike and dear Christian, we felt very comfortable in your apartment, your tips for excursions, sights and restaurants were very helpful. The lakeside resort, supermarket, restaurants and many excursion destinations were very easy to reach by bike and not far away. Your warmth and hospitality was lovely.
