Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six people and there was plenty of room. The house is very clean and had great lighting-loved the windows. In a very peaceful area and felt very secure. My husband liked the walking trail. Views were awesome and close enough to Bordeaux to pop in to see the sights.

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Philippe and Claire's. They are very attentive and pleasant hosts. The listing is as described. Our daughter was afraid of one of the dogs, Philippe was very understanding and accommodating which allowed our daughter to enjoy her stay (and we thank Philippe for that). I highly recommend the accommodation.

Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... Ras, the place matches the description. the pool water is a little cool but it's perfect to put it there it's leg after a marathon.

Beautiful house equipped and decorated with care and originality. The colors of the artist's paintings, the many patchwork works, all contribute to creating a very warm atmosphere, just like Gilles and Meg. The couple adapted to our schedules to welcome us and enthusiastically enlighten us on the sites to discover in their region. We simply regret not being able to enjoy this refreshing and soothing place for longer. We highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

We loved our stay at David and Jerome’s place!! They were both extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is beautiful and peaceful, whether having your morning coffee in the garden, an afternoon swim in the pool or an evening hot tub. Would highly recommend to all future guests!

A little piece of heaven. A beautiful setting and spacious room. So much thought and attention to detail has gone into this property. It has been built with love and the hosts are very eager to please. An excellent place. I particularly liked the cute cats and dogs the owners have and the gardens, as well as the cool party garage next to the pool with table football and other games to enjoy. Highly recommend

Such a fantastic house to have a holiday. Amazing amenities including the amazing outdoor cooking/bbq space we used a lot. The pool and huge amount of pool games and other games was amazing. The house was really lovely and well located to be able to visit St Emillion, Pomerol, Libourne and other areas quickly. We definitely plan to go back!
