il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Bjarni è stato piacevolissimo. Corrisponde a tutte le aspettative descritte nell'annuncio, anzi meglio. Pulito, confortevole caldo e in una posizione strategica per visitare tutte le località interessanti del sud ovest dell'isola. Bjarni si è dimostrato reattivissimo a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Consiglio a chiunque di trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza in casa di Bjarni. Grazie.

Lovely cosy cabin in peaceful surroundings - we loved hearing the snipes calling while we were sitting on the terrace of in the hot tub. Perfect location for lots of day trips to the main golden circle sites.

Otrolig vistelse här! Väldigt bra service och fick alltid snabb hjälp när jag skrev om olika frågor. Smidig in och utcheckning. Väldigt fint område och perfekt att stanna här när man ska göra flera stopp på Gyllene Cirkel rutten. Bra solläge hela dagen också för morgonkaffet ute på altanen till after-hike på eftermiddagen😉 Tusen tack för bra vistelse, vi kommer att komma tillbaka!😍

Valla was a wonderful host. Her cabin is within nature and very cosy. Valla communicated extremely well to ensure we were comfortable and arrived safely and stress free. She gave us flexibility on arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend.

The home was great! In a great location close to golden circle and also the tomato farm + great ice cream. Easy self check in allowed us to use the icelandic midnight sun to our full potential and stay out hiking late and come back to the house for a hot tub + sauna to relax! Definitely will recommend to others traveling here

Very beautiful cottage, we could stay so relaxing and cozy mood. Especially warm waterspring bath of outside, it was so nice to relieve fatigue. I really recommend this cottage to other people.

we hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad. wat een mooie en rustige locatie! Het huisje bestaat uit 2 woningen. Wat voor ons gezelschap erg handig was. het meer is dichtbij, helaas geen vissen gevangen maar het uitzicht is fantastisch. De bedden liggen heerlijk. De woning is netjes en schoon. kortom een aanrader!

We had an amazing stay! Viktor’s home had everything we needed for a family of 5. Many bedrooms and two bathrooms were a plus! Private in a gated community, but an easy and scenic drive to all the sights. A perfect experience for our first time in Iceland!

Was a great stay! Our host was super responsive and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of blankets! The cottage was out of the way, which was exactly what we were looking for! It wasn’t too far away from town, maybe a 30 minute drive.

We booked the hut for the private geothermal hot tub and although it takes 1-2 hours to fill it was absolutely amazing! We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet, there is nothing else than a nice view and smell of pine with the sound of some birds around.

This was a nice cozy cabin with a hot tub and good location near Thingvellir and other ring road attractions (geysir, gullfoss, etc). Very private, and nice yard, though despite their being ~5-6 sleeping spots, the cabin itself was likely too small for that many (we had 3 and that was about the most I’d recommend). Host was very responsive and helpful. For those traveling the ring road, this is a great spot to have in the itinerary!

Sígrun’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We had the best welcome ever being greeted by the northern lights. The house is well equipped with everything you need. From kitchen appliances to toiletries. And the hot tub outside, is an excellent place to relax. Location is perfect. Very nice and quiet and also close to all the main attractions of the golden circle. Our farewell was also memorable with northern lights dancing for us! Some places we’d like to recommend: Sky Lagoon, Thingvellir National park (20 min drive from the house, bring good shoes, can be very slippery). Tryggvaskali restaurant, Messinn restaurant, Silfra restaurant. And of course all the other attractions around the golden circle. Thank you, Sigrún, hope to be back soon!

Das Haus und die Ausstattung entsprachen genau der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und hilfreich. Eine perfekte Unterkunft, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Le logement proposé n'a pas de cuisine. C'est une grande chambre avec une salle de bain et un salon. malgré tout, l'hôte nous a prêté des ustensiles de cuisine et un accès à son barbecue

Frederikke's cottage was perfect for us. The location was great, it was easy to reach interesting destinations in southwest Iceland by a car. Although there are also other cottages in the area, it's still quiet and beautiful, and it feels like you are right on the edge of the wilderness. I've never had a such a view from the kitchen window! The cottage was nice and clean, and there was everything we needed. Frederikke was great! She gave us useful information, and it was smooth and easy to communicate with her. I can highly recommend Frederikke's cottage!

Great little cabin! Super comfortable and cosy. Xavier was super helpful and answered questions quickly. Definitely a bit challenging to find the first time but easy after if you mark the entrance road on your phone. Be aware it’s geothermal heated so the water has that sulfur-y smell but not overwhelmingly so. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!

Our first accommodation after arriving in Iceland. And it is in one word “marvelous”. The scenery, the silence and the views! And the cabin has everything you need.

this rental was so perfect it was hard to leave to go out and explore because we just wanted to be here! it was close to a lot of attractions, and not far from the airport. next time i would stay for longer because it was such a peaceful and beautiful place to just relax.

Our staying in Iceland was incredible and all the indications from þórður were clear. He was very fast to respond and always kind!

nám se ubytování moc líbilo, poloha super k výletům, klidné místo uprostřed přírody.. k některým ne úplně pozitivním komentářům -v popisu ubytování je psané, že jde o retro chaloupku. ve vybavení nám nechybělo nic, při příjezdu nás čekal domek se zapnutým topením, ještě jsme dali pár polen do kamen a nemělo to chybu.

This was one of our most memorable AirBnb stays. Hjalmar’s cabin is beautiful, tranquil, and within walking distance of the lake. This cabin was great for our family of four young children, who loved the two trampolines and walking down to the lake. I’m not sure we have ever seen a host as responsive as Hjalmar - we had two questions about climate control in the cabin and the entrance gate, and he responded within a minute both times. This is a must visit if you are looking for a centrally located cabin along the golden circle and have children. We hope to return someday.

Zeer mooi gelegen en smaakvol ingericht huisje. Het uitzicht was fantastisch en de ligging perfect, op 15 min rijden van Selfoss waar er winkels en restaurants zijn. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De keuken was mooi en netjes maar er mag wel wat meer kookgerei aanwezig zijn. De kamers kunnen niet verduisterd worden, gordijnen laten licht door en door de open ruimtes valt het licht overal wel binnen maar we hadden slaapmaskers mee, dus geen probleem. Het dubbbel bed beneden is wel zeer smal (naar onze maatstaven), ik schat maximum 1,40 meter, te klein voor mijn man en mezelf samen. Ondanks deze kleine minpuntjes hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zou ik het prachtig ingericht huisje nog opnieuw huren.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Juliana’s place! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was a nice bonus, especially when we saw the northern lights from them! She provided great recommendations (Mika restaurant was a perfect suggestion) and the location is ideal for traveling around central and southern Iceland. Thank you for the perfect stay!
