Lovingly renovated and equipped in 2019. Perfect for families. Numerous leisure activities are available.

A cozy modernized former farmhouse on the outskirts. Unfortunately, we are tied to city life and cannot always be in this beautiful area. Countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. It is a 20-minute walk to Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same place. Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
