We loved our stay at The Nissen accomodation and nice to stay in a place with such a unique architectural design. It was light and spacious, and lovely to have the wood stove on chilly evenings. It was really well equipped and Deb was super helpful and responsive to any queries.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is beautiful and the house has everything you could need. It was spotless and very well presented. We had a great time and hope to stay again sometime soon!

We had such a lovely and chilled time here. It was really keen, cosy and in great spot. Matt was really responsive and the place was warm and lights on when we arrived which was appreciated.

A very comfortable, clean spacious place. Great central location close to Main Street, with shops, restaurants & Lake Wendouree. An ideal place for four adults or a family. Very comfortable couch. Good supply of the basics. Fantastic heating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would high recommend this Airbnb

Beautiful home with a beautiful garden and cosy fireplace. Our puppy and us loved it !!! The communication was fantastic 👏 and we felt right at home. The gardens are so peaceful, private and doggy safe. Just so peaceful 🥰 Thank you for having us!!!

Ultra quiet location not far from central Daylesford. If you want to get away from the daily grind and go off the grid for a while - this is a great place to do it. Sunrise was something special from the view of the veranda.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, but still quiet enough to relax. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

The house & unit suited us perfectly (6 adults & 4 young children). There was lots of room both indoors & out for the kids (they made great use of the swings/slide). Plus a lovely big table for us all to eat at & great for group board/card games. The extra unit was very a lovely, quiet retreat if needed. The hosts were super responsive whenever I contacted them & when we had an issue (they came to sort it out immediately). Many thanks for contacting me immediately about an item left behind! The added extras of games for all ages, chopped wood for outdoor fire-pit, good supply of basic things (like oil, spices, salt & pepper, dishwasher pods, toilet paper) was great. Amazing views in all directions!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

Perfect place to stay for visit to Castlemaine. Absolutely everything you could want was there for you to use and so very clean. Options for bed linen, heaters and even the little treats Bev left. Heated towel rail and bathroom floor exceptional. Totally private, wonderful view and outside area for our little dog. Bev met us on arrival and gave us a very quick rundown which was helpful so we didn’t waste time working things out. Perfect place, perfect hosts and will stay again when we visit Castlemaine. Great place especially with the fur babies and they were welcomed! Stephanie was a great communicator and always on hand if you needed something ! Very private regardless of the number of cottages on site! We will be back ❤️

Lady Marmalade has quickly become a favourite for our annual girls trip. It’s cozy, close to the shops and a beautiful house. We look forward to our visit every year. James is a great host and very friendly and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is a beautiful cottage with such a warm and homey feel to it. We had the fire going both nights and the electric blankets in the bed kept us toasty! We ate breakfast on the front deck and listened to the local birds. Kangaroos in the backyard! Be aware there is no wifi and phone service in the area is very poor. This ended up being a blessing for us as we were more present with each other. We enjoyed some of the board games and dvd's on offer! Check in process was a little frustrating as, though we booked through AirBnb, the cottage is actually managed by DayGet which required more of a process to book and check in. Worth it though. We loved our stay so much.

Great little cabin, short drive from townships of Hepburn and Dayelsford. Emma was excellent with communication.

We can’t wait to return. We all absolutely loved the house and everything has been so well thought of. The views, the peace, such a restful place and we had everything we needed and more to cook great meals. Comfy, warm and Castlemaine close by. Thanks for sharing your your home Regards Susan

We stayed at the Brooker Tiny home in May 2025. It was autumn, and we had clear and chilly nights which was perfect for lighting fires inside the fireplace, campfire and the sauna. Brooker was compact but designed so well that it was comfortable for two adults and a chocolate labrador- plenty of space for lounging, reading and relaxation. The sauna was amazing with the view of the forest. The peaceful surrounds had walking trails into the forest at your doorstep! All of us enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed a little longer next to the Wombat forest. Thank you for hosting :)

Highly recommend staying at the Tree Tops. The accommodation was so well furnished and amenities were fantastic. Great space for the 9 people stay we had and it was so nice and toasty with the fireplace during the rainy weekend we had.
