The Holmeleigh is a clean, comfortable small hotel run for the last 6 years by Wendy. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Each room is en suite, centrally heated, and includes a flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We are yards from the Promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark. Both Pleasure Beach and Blackpool South rail stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. A Full English Breakfast is bookable on request. SORRY NO STAGS OR HENS, NO ALL MALE/FEMALE GROUPS

Comfy King En-suite 1st floor

Room 3 located on the 1st floor of the Bromley is a comfortable stylish king en-suite room tucked away and enclosed. Hosting a king crisp white bedding, white towels provided. tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a small mini fridge. Hair dryer, dressing robe and toiletries provided. Smart flat screen TV. Fabric wall for that extra luxury and central heating making the room a lovely warm environment. Situated at the rear of the property, nice and quiet.

This is a brilliant location for all major attractions. You cannot fault the cleanliness that Freddie provides and he is very helpful and accommodating. The Penrhyn. Large Double room

Lovely little bed and breakfast. Lots of little extras. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottles of water, face wipes, tissues and some nice little toiletries. Blackout blinds were really good too. Room really clean and decor was nice and fresh. Super friendly hosts and the cooked breakfast was a perfect start to the day. 2 minute walk to the beach but in a nice quiet area. Tram stop close enough if you fancy going into town. All in all perfect for what I needed

well received, I could park behind the hotel behind a fence, in the morning a very good breakfast for an extra amount and when I asked on my departure where best to park the rest of the day, she said that she only got one guest that day so I could leave the car. Very welcoming!

Twin Ensuite at The Holmeleigh Hotel

Wendy greeted us on arrival, showed us where to park. We paid extra for a cooked full English breakfast for the 2 mornings. Orange juice, tea coffee, cereals and toast were all available. Room was really clean. The whole hotel was clean and modern. The hotel was really close to a Wetherspoons. And in a quiet spot. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Wendy.

The Forge cottage annex with a King Size Bed

We stayed in the Forge which is a lovely stone annexe to the main house, luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. We were visiting our daughter at Edge Hill uni and this was the perfect base. Janet was also very helpful in helping us get various things sorted out for our daughter, going way beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of tasty, wholesome options. We will stay here again, and look forward to our next visit.

The Birch room a luxurious suite for you to enjoy

We had a really lovely stay. Steve greeted us and looked after us. He couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was really comfortable and spotless. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was delicious too.

Extremely welcoming and exactly as described. perfect for a visit to Moor Hall and SoLo restaurants. highly recommended. the breakfast was great Janet could not have been more helpful!
