House holiday rentals in Black Warrior River

The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

This is the second time staying here with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. We love the pool, the play area for the kids, the thoughtful snack basket and beds are comfortable. Joshua is available if you need anything and always making sure your stay is enjoyable.

Just as described! Everyone loved it - great location, but we felt so much at home there (and the kids loved the pool and game room so much) that we didn't venture out much. Tanner was understanding, responsive, and friendly. 10/10!

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

Great spot! Convenient location in a peaceful wooded area not far from Selma. The house was just as described and pictured. Highly recommended!

House was great. Had a minor issue. Brent and Linda were on it and had it fixed the same day. Great people! The area is nice and quiet.

Leah was the perfect host. She was responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay at her beautiful home again. A perfect location if you are visiting the University of Alabama.

Great home, clean, everything we needed for a short stay!

Great location close to all of our destinations. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Loved having the air fryer on the counter instead of just a toaster. Was great for heating up leftovers. Neighborhood was very quiet, check in and check out was a breeze. Was glad to see they have added a breakfast table after a few of their review comments. It was nice to have breakfast and coffee there. Sofa is huge and also comfortable. Hosts were responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again. Great price for a lovely house in a good neighborhood.

This property was just as described. Very nice. Secluded with wooded surroundings. VERY quiet. Lots of room. Snacks, water, and a variety of Keurig pods were provided. The internet service was disrupted by a storm two days before arrival. Alice advised of the problem and offered cancellation but we decided to keep the reservation. While service was not fully restored during our stay, Alice refunded a portion of the fee - pleasant surprise. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

We were so grateful for this little house while our home was being repaired. As a local, I’ve always loved this part of town so we really enjoyed being so close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. You can tell they put so much work into revitalizing this property and it shows. John and Sara Beth were always quick to answer any questions and very kind.

Charles was great! The house was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. So clean and peaceful! So many deer came up in back yard, it was great to watch them in the mornings. I highly suggest this stay.

Kind, helpful, understanding and there was no detail undone at the house. Super comefy beds, beautiful bathrooms And they provided everything u may need for a trip.
