Even before arriving in Mauritius, Caroline was very available. We immediately felt his kindness, his gentleness to our children and his hospitality. A pleasure to have had the opportunity to discover his accommodation as well as his cooking skills since we were able to taste a local dish made by him. Everything is planned for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place. A BIG thank you again!! We do not plan to return to Mauritius in the months/years that arrive however we keep the address precious, we never know!!

Beautiful house, amazing view on the sea ans sunset . Quiet, confortable, clean. we felt home and we were sad to leave. Hosts were super nice and easy to contact. Its 5mn away walking from the supermarket, 15/20mn from the beach. Easy. Best place to stay with your family. thank you

I spent three weeks living in this house, it felt like home. Almost every day I snorkled in the ocean and swam in the pool, right from the back garden. I used used the BBQ many times, it is very nice. The house is on a busy road, and goats and chickens live across the street, but after a few days that just melted into the tapastry of Mauritius. The cleaner, Jessica, is a hard worker and does an excellent job. There was a gardener and a pool cleaner that came every week, keeping both looking nice. You really need a rental car, or a scooter, for your stay - I used Storm Scooter Rentals from the local area. Overall I could not give this place a higher rating, it was excellent.

Marie-Claude & Michel were welcoming hosts and their home was the perfect base for our weekend away. We explored Le Morne and the Black River Gorge areas. Some tips: GSR Supermarket has everything you need. Kind Coffee seems to be the closest little coffee shop - tasty coffee and friendly staff. The nearby "La Gaulette Embarkation Point" is a little jetty with a great sunset (nothing else there). Emba Filao restaurant is a lovely family-friendly spot right on the La Morne beach - food, drinks, beach (check opening times).

Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Oliver’s home. The location is amazing, and gives easy access to a serene and beautiful stretch of beach right out the front door. Well equipped kitchen, walkable to restaurants, clean and comfortable. We’d definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, just like in the photos in beautiful and quiet residential complex. Great and clean pool that you like to use overlooking the Black River. Kitchen well equipped. Great location for excursions in the area. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

This little apartment is an absolute gem. So perfectly situated, close to everything and with the most breathtaking view. From sunrise to sunset, there was always something to look at outside of the kitchen window. It is extremely well priced considering its location. When staying in Black River, being on La Tourelle mountainside is just a must. Julie met us on Diane's behalf and was so helpful and informative. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Both Virginia and Reena were fantastic. We felt they went over and above to make sure we were well looked after and happy. The house is fabulous, probably better than the photos, the views are stunning. Some of our stay we were the only ones on the property and always felt safe and secure. This was our second time at Flamboyant View and we plan to return.

Stéphanie and her team were incredible, very responsive and even helping to set up a surprise birthday welcome for my husband on our arrival. Blue Bay is a dream and this house only adds to it - luxe, easy, and with the lagoon right out your door. Very well set up for kids and families with lots of nice touches. Only drawback is that you're right in the flight path of the airport, which scared our toddler until he got used to it - but luckily the flights don't really go at night so you're not disturbed. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this property in Flic en Flac! The host(Tawhida) was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and personally came to meet us during check-in. She gave us a clear walkthrough of the house, which really helped us settle in quickly. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Flic en Flac public beach. Perfect for morning strolls or catching the sunset! The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like home. We especially appreciated the dedicated covered parking space, which made things very convenient as we had a rental car. Check-out was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Flic en Flac. 🌴🌊

We had a wonderful week with the family in La Gaulette. The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and decorated with great taste. It feels like home! The view from the terrace is simply incredible and allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Comfortable bedding, regular cleaning, close to a hotel service, high class. 🤩 Communication with Stephanie was very easy, the information and recommendations provided were always useful. The location was great. Easy to walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and checked in to ensure we had no issue with check in. They were beyond hospitable. The space was clean and perfect for us. The rooftop pool was a great additional space to sit and relax. We enjoyed our time in this space and would definitely recommend!
