House holiday rentals in Black Butte Ranch

The house was great for our family! We had a mix of teens and adults and there was something for everyone. Bike, kayaks., nearby pickleball and pool -so much fun! The house layout was well thought out, with en suite bathrooms on most bedrooms, a fun area for the teens/kids to hangout and comfortable living room and patio. Eric and Emile were also very responsive. We’ll be back!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for the long weekend, had a great time! Beautiful home with plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas! Kids loved the bunk beds and waterpark passes that were included! Hot tub was nice for the colder days/nights!

Right on the golf course in sun valley. Very peaceful and quiet. Being able to bring the dogs with family makes it all worth it.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home had everything we needed and more. There were so many unique touches that we really enjoyed. We were also close to town and had bikes for the whole family. We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

Beautiful house and great private location across from the Deschutes River. Plenty of space for the whole family. About an 8 minute bike ride to the center village of Sunriver. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, pretty decor, lovely fireplace and a great layout with en suite bathrooms. I've been to Sunriver a few times now and this place is by far my favorite. We hope to return.

The cabin was rustic. No TV. We built a fire and played Clue. It was nice to have family time. Every morning deer would be grazing around the cabin. Close to our fly fishing location. Bed was very comfortable and able to wash our fishing clothes with their washer/dryer before leaving Sunday. Matthew even gave us a late check out.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! We visited with two other families, including six elementary-aged kids, and it was the perfect space for all of us. The house was incredibly well-stocked—hands down the best-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. With two ovens, two refrigerators, a popcorn maker, and even a margarita maker, it had everything we needed to cook and serve just about any meal. The skiing conditions were great, and the home provided a warm and comfortable retreat after long days on the slopes. AD was accommodating, responsive, and flexible, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families or groups looking for a well-appointed and spacious stay. We’d love to return!

Enjoyed our stay. The home came with many board games to choose from, bikes to ride, and lots of local activities. The kitchen is filled with everything you may need to cook, BBQ, bake, etc. Lovely area, proactive and responsive host!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Black Butte Ranch! Christine was very welcoming and proactive in reaching out with answering all of my questions and providing thorough day of check-in and check-out instructions. The house was in great condition and very clean. Everything was well stocked from kitchen items, bathroom items, towels/linens/pillows, firewood, and outside activity items in the storage room. We had a great week and would highly recommend!

Woodburning stove a delight. Spacious bedrooms, one upstairs and two downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Just steps from the walking path that leads to recreation center (indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub). Hosts were very responsive, quick to get back to us as we settled in.

Our family of four greatly enjoyed our retreat to Black Butte Ranch. We swam, played pickleball with the paddles provided at the house, went on small bike rides, and both kids rode horses. The house has a layout that really accommodates a children area upstairs with a couple spaces for them to hangout and play games. The kitchen is well stocked, even an air fryer, and anything else you’d need. Very close to the pools, playground, and courts.

The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Loved our stay at Emily’s place in Sisters. Beautiful location with a beautiful backyard which was completely fenced. We had 2 dogs that had the best time running around and playing in the backyard, and we were at peace since we knew the yard was completely fenced! The house was super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We had a great time and would totally come back here for another stay. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful, peaceful location. The cabin was cozy and inviting. The kitchen appliances were impressive. Beds were very comfortable. We rented the house for a cousins weekend. Five women and there was plenty of space and hot water!! 😉

We had an enjoyable stay while in town for a baseball tournament. It was peaceful and relaxing. Enough room for our whole family that came with us. Would definitely recommend.
