I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Stuga Fritiden -ett naturligt stopp

Mitt lilla hus är ett prisvärt övernattningsställe med idealiskt läge. Sväng av och hitta boendet på baksidan av mitt hus. Ett eget trädäck runt huset ger en fin uteplats och om du känner för att grilla så finns allt du behöver. Vad vill du besöka? Österlen? Köpenhamn? Lund? Malmö? Hven? Boendet ligger 800 m från tågstation, tio minuters promenad från golfbana och 250 m från ICA-affär med generösa öppettider. Helkaklat badrum med dusch o toalett, kylskåp och Micro finns naturligtvis .

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Here you have an accommodation close to shopping malls, the coney side , the ocean and Swedens third largest city Malmö and with just in a 30 minutes drive you will find your self in Copenhagen. Here you live peacefully in a nice apartment with everything you need, patio/balcony and barbecue area down in the green grass. Lomma är ett välmående samhälle med perfekt läge vid havet, 10 km från Lund och 10 km från Malmö. Här finns härliga promenadstråk utmed havet eller i de närliggande parkerna vid Alnarps lantbrukshögskola. Närheten till Lund, Malmö och Köpenhamn gör att det alltid finns tillgång till kultur och shopping av världsklass. Huset är från 1913 men renoverat under 2016 med bibehållen charm. Boendet passar par, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).
