Nous étions à deux familles dans la maison et nous avions beaucoup de place. La maison est magnifique avec la vue sur la mer, il suffit de descendre les escaliers et traverser un petit bois (5 min) pour accéder à la plage au sable fin avec une super vue sur le rocher Pilau. Il y a aussi une piscine commune avec les autres logements, les parties en commun sont agréables, il y a un barbecue. Les lits étaient très confortables. On trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner des repas chez les épiciers accessibles à pied, Mme Hanene et son mari nous ont cuisiné un repas le samedi soir qui était excellent. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un paradis sur terre ! Le cadre est magnifique et parfait pour se ressourcer dans la nature. La piscine est un vrai plus, très bien entretenue et idéale pour se détendre après une balade en forêt. Le logement est confortable, propre et bien équipé, l'hôte est serviable et très gentil , On recommande et on reviendra avec plaisir !

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location in an upmarket neighbourhood. Directly across the street is a great restaurant and café, perfect for morning breakfast and dinner in the evening. Quiet area at night and good security. Located on a side street with on street parking outside the front gate. Quick three minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk down the hill to La Marsa beach. Would highly recommend! Only shortcoming was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There was rain the night before so the pool was full of leaves.

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

✨ Un vrai petit bijou à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’appartement était exactement ce que nous cherchions : typique, décoré dans le pur style tunisien, avec beaucoup de charme. Situé dans une petite impasse calme, il offre une vraie immersion dans l’atmosphère du village. 🏡 Très propre, bien agencé, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Rien à redire ! L’accueil était également impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Excellent séjour, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Elle est bien équipée, située idéalement et la vue du toit est superbe! De plus la communication avec Ziad fut un plaisir. Nous reviendrons!

Christine ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin und hat von Anfang an mit uns kommuniziert. Das Haus ist sehr groß, auch der Pool und der Garten. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und es war sehr schön! Ali war auch freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist immer erreichbar. Alles super! :)

Apartment is really beautiful from the inside, exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing and we had direct access to the beach. There is also a kayak that we used free of charge. The place is hard to reach by car but they pick you up and help you buying groceries. Marwan who the property manager picked us up from the capital Tunis which is around 1:30 hours away from the location. We then bought some groceries with his help, guiding us to through the local markets. All in all it was a great experience and the host was very helpful.
