Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Hamza‘s apartment. A real gem right on the beach in a local neighborhood and the view from the terrace is just amazing. Hamza welcomed us personally and responded quickly to any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

L’appartement était super bien placé collé au palais présidentiel donc très bien sécurisé. l’appartement est comme sur les photos avec tous les équipements et une belle vue mer ! Walid a été super professionnel et serviable vraiment une belle rencontre, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésiter dans cet appartement ! Merci Walid

Il a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un sens du service exceptionnel — il est rare de rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi serviable. Véritable conseiller et guide, il nous a aidés à découvrir la Tunisie dans les meilleures conditions. Toujours disponible, il répond à toute heure dès qu’on a besoin de lui. Lorsque notre vol a été retardé, il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps dans le logement, avec une grande bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, grâce à lui et à son appartement, lumineux, agréable et très bien situé. Encore un immense merci pour tout, Amir ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés à 100 %.

If I could give Dorra 10 stars, I would! I came to Tunis for my birthday from USA 🇺🇸 and Dorra and her amazing team welcomed me with open arms! The stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is convenient and close to the beach, one of many malls, and a plethora of restaurants. It was very relieving to know that I would end my day at this wonderful home. Beautiful place! We loved the location and felt very safe walking places. We walked to Sidi Bou Said central area (not bad if you enjoy walking). We enjoyed a few of the recommended restaurants. The view is pretty!! The apt is very cute and comfortable.

Séjour passé en famille dans un endroit excellent, familial, paisible et reposant. La maisonnette était sympathique, propre et au calme. Plage agréable à proximité. A très vite momo ;)

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Très beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix à Marsa. Très gentille hôte et facilement joignable sur Airbnb ou Whatsap. Le Airbnb était bien décoré, aéré, très bel emplacement, jolie piscine et très joli extérieur. Seul bémol est qu’il faut utiliser les taxis pour se promener mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis sont très abordables en Tunisie via Indrive. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est propre. Je recommande à 100%

WOW what a find!! The pictures don’t do it Justice.. right in the water and short walk to Marsa beach! Spacious and so comfortable, and you fall asleep to the waves crashing at night. Also, Khansa was so easy to reach and responsive which was very helpful, as I was traveling alone. My only regret is not spending more time on the beautiful deck, as I was too busy exploring all Tunis and Sidi Bou Said (which is only a 20 minute walk!) have to offer! Also, it may not seem like a big deal, but after traveling for 30 hours, it was REALLY nice to arrive to water and fresh fruit!! I had a fantastic time at this place and didn’t want to leave!

La casa de Dodi era muy hermosa por dentro , muy linda decorada , grande y amplia , esta excelentemente equipada , además de estar a 2 cuadras del centro y restaurantes de Sidi , tenía Tv con YouTube, y habían bastantes comodidades , al lado del supermercado también , recomiendo mucho la casa de Dodi estuvimos muy cómodos con todo

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Nous étions à deux familles dans la maison et nous avions beaucoup de place. La maison est magnifique avec la vue sur la mer, il suffit de descendre les escaliers et traverser un petit bois (5 min) pour accéder à la plage au sable fin avec une super vue sur le rocher Pilau. Il y a aussi une piscine commune avec les autres logements, les parties en commun sont agréables, il y a un barbecue. Les lits étaient très confortables. On trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner des repas chez les épiciers accessibles à pied, Mme Hanene et son mari nous ont cuisiné un repas le samedi soir qui était excellent. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The place is located in a really nice area. The house is clean and pretty. The hosts are friendly and super responsive. When we needed them they came super fast and took care of our needs and brought a tiny gift in the process. Anyone visiting Marsa and grand Tunis should definitely consider staying here. Highly recommended!

Clean and quiet place you can explore the city from. The unit is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. It’s practically a townhouse. There are two full bedrooms and a nice desk where you can work quietly. There’s a nice quiet garden you can sit in as well. The host does a great job managing it and was very helpful the few times we needed something. I highly recommend this place and would stay again next time I’m in Tunisia.

Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. L’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, pulito e accogliente. La terrazza sicuramente dà un tocco in più, molto piacevole cenarci la sera. C’è anche la lavatrice. Marwen è stato molto disponibile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare l’appartamento pronto, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare ed è stato molto gentile a farci fare il check out oltre all’ora indicata. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%
