Such a great impromptu stay with Lynn. Lynn was so accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Answered my phone call straight away, directed me to close free parking. Met us at the door, helped myself and my kids to our room. Offered pizza for dinner and advised us of local take outs. The room was immaculate, well presented and as photographed. Stylish decor and had everything we needed for our stay. The dog had an accident we were made to feel ease it was no trouble. Lovely little touches such as hot drinks, cold bottled water and snacks. Lynn advised us of local places to eat, things to do and was just a really lovely genuine person. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back next time we come to Blackpool xx
