This flat was an absolute pleasure to stay in! It’s beautifully restored and decorated, and feels like a page out of a Jane Austen novel. The location can’t be beat and is in walking distance of all the top spots in Bath. We would certainly stay again!

A beautiful apartment in a superb location. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, and we really appreciated the breakfast provided. It’s also a very clean and smart space, and the bedding is super comfortable.

We had a great couple nights at Sarah and Mark's place, a peaceful quiet street with no through traffic street, just 50 yards away from restaurants. A self contained bright and airy basement below their house Our first ever visit to Bristol, and it won't be our last. The house is within walking distance of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the observatory and the city centre 5 minutes walk from Clifton Down station, which has 4 trains an hour to Bristol Temple Mead the main intercity train line The hosts were friendly and helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We were very happy with the accommodation

Andre’s place was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it for anyone looking to explore Bristol. It was private, quiet and as described and we had a great time.

We booked for two weeks and were absolutely not disappointed! The location is fantastic — with so much to do nearby and just a short walk to some wonderful restaurants. JP provided a thoughtful welcome booklet filled with local recommendations, and we tried three of the spots he suggested — all were excellent! The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the attention to detail in every bedroom, especially the linens, made our stay extra comfortable. We were lucky enough to meet JP in the lovely shop below (also worth a visit!), and he was a delight — warm, welcoming, and full of even more great tips about the area. A definite highlight was the easy walk to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described in the description and matched the photos. In fact, staying here for 2 weeks was one of the best experiences for my family as we were able to bond during the Christmas and New Year weekend and explore the surroundings with short walks to scenic urban locations and cosy village corners.

We stayed for only one night as a halfway point for a long road trip and wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was truly stunning, spacious, pristine and immaculate. The small park next door was perfect for letting our dog have a run and sniff. Location is brilliant with lots of amenities on your doorstep. The hosts were incredibly friendly and checked in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. We hope to book again!

Spa-like bathroom with huge towels and a heated towel bar! The big screen TV was nice, too.

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary and daughter's first birthday. The apartment is in a prime location for exploring Bristol and has great places to eat close by to the apartment. Has got to be the best accomodation we've stayed in, everything was clean and set up for our daughter. It was spotless as well and we appreciated the milk left for us. Thanks again

Sarah and Roger were fantastic & super responsive hosts, the cleanliness of the apartment was astonishing! Everything as described, lots of drawers to keep the space organised, amazing big shower, and a ceiling fan was a saviour during the heat wave. It was very sweet to have some nice ground coffee waiting for us in the fridge to be brewed when we arrive. Overall, 11/10. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.

Melanie’s place is in an ideal location for visiting central Bristol and having a parking space quite nearby is an added bonus. The apartment is clean and has everything you need; plus the outdoor area was perfect given the hot weather we had. My only (very slight) criticism it is that the shower could be a bit more powerful. There is a superb little bar round the corner (recommended by Melanie) that serves lunches and has a nice courtyard sitting area out the back. I’d certainly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back again.

Great location, very close to shops and bars, everything we could possibly need within a 20 minute walk. rooms were clean and tidy, kitchen and bathroom both worked perfectly. and plenty of space for guests.

We had amazing stay in Bath - the flat was funky, peaceful, beautifully decorated and within 10 mins walk of Bath central. Would definitely reccomend thank you
