We can recommend the apartment without restriction. It is superbly equipped and offers a great view of the mountains. Christian proactively provided us with all the necessary information and was very quick to respond to any questions. Arriving by car is recommended, as larger supermarkets in particular are not within walking distance (however, there is a nice café, a bakery, a health food store and a restaurant). Despite the attic, the apartment remains pleasant on warm days. Thanks to the attached insect screens, you can relax and ventilate at night. If you want to explore this beautiful region, but want to stay a little quieter and more remote from the hustle and bustle of Königssee and Co., you will find the perfect apartment here.

Alexandra was a wonderful host and the accommodation was clean and cozy. So pleased we chose not to stay in central Salzburg and with the new Tourist Mobility ticket given to us by Alexandra we were able to travel in the area by public transport free of charge. Alexandra went out if her way to assist us picking us up from the bus, homemade cake and jam on leaving.. would definitely recommend staying in this wonderful place.

We loved Moritz's (and Marco's) place. The view from the small patio was simply magnificent - with a view of the Watzmann! The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and of course very quiet. We especially liked the large bathroom. We lacked nothing there and we would go there again. The communication went great.

We would recommend this property. The location is perfect to get away from the busyness of the city and connect with nature. The apartment is located on a working farm. We enjoyed seeing the cows on the property. Keep in mind you definitely need a car to access the property since it’s at the end of a long private road. The apartment presents as new. It is well equipped and very clean. The only downside is that it did not have a microwave. Thomas was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations. This apartment is below the residence, but you could not hear any noise. The scenery is absolutely stunning with a beautiful deck to enjoy the surroundings. It was the only accommodation on our trip that was completely dark at night, which we loved. The town has all the amenities, including restaurants and grocery stores.

Stunning gourmet for the senses. High mountains, lakes, historical places, friendly locale! It doesn’t get much better.

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Everything was as described when booking. The center of the village is within walking distance. When we return to Berchtesgaden, this place is our first choice. Highly recommend.

We felt welcome from the very beginning. Christine and Helmut are super nice and you get great local tips. The accommodation was in great condition and nothing was missing. Optimal connection to public transport (bus stop 2 min. away) The accommodation is very well located for hiking because the hiking trails start practically on the doorstep. Recommendation to 100%.

My wife and I were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing week in Schönau am Königssee. The accommodation was modern, tastefully furnished and left nothing to be desired. We didn't miss anything. Our hosts were very warm and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much for that! The region offers an impressive variety of excursion destinations. From the picturesque Königssee, which can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, to numerous hiking trails that invite you to explore the fantastic nature. We were able to collect many beautiful moments and are returning home with great memories. We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's accommodation is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The accommodation is really nice and there was nothing we lacked. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. She always gave personal tips on hikes and local events. There is much more to be said here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from our own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

The instructions for the arrival were simple and clear, the house is easy to find, in a very calm area. The garden and the view from the garden are insanely beautiful. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped. I felt like home there. Is was comfortable. Liked so much staying there. Königssee but also other touristic points to visit are very close. I’ll gladly stay again in this accommodation. I recommend it!

Bjorns place was the perfect stay for exploring the Berchtesgaden national park and had everything we needed for a family with 2 teens.

Very nice accommodation. Good welcome. Upon our arrival, Christa gave us a ticket to be able to go by bus to Salzburg and benefit from all public transport for free. Very convenient because the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from her house and it takes 35 minutes to get to Salzburg. The Amalfi pizzeria on the main street, near the border, is recommended. On the other hand, I do not recommend having lunch at the VÖTTERL hotel on the same street. Thanks again to our host.

Nestled between Konigsee and Salzburg, this accommodation was ideal for adventurers who love hiking like us! Delicate attention from Marcus to leave coffee, tea and seasoning for late or express arrivals Your nights will be restful with this superb bedding. What more could you ask for?

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.
