Jacques was so accommodating when we had a delayed arrival. He even sent his son over when we needed sheets for the sofa bed when he was out of town. He lives in the building so he takes good care of everything in this beautiful old building. The apartment is central but quiet. The first night we took the tram but every other trip (St. Emilion and Arcachon) we just walked to the train station to see the city. Excellent boulangerie right next door, La Fabrique.

Such a beautiful apartment close to everything and yet quiet due to being tucked away just off the busy streets. Excellent balcony for breakfast or evening meals and a very comfortable living area. Would definitely recommend to others!

We found and booked Sophie's place on very short notice, more precisely, when we were on the train and less then 1/2 h to arrive in Arcachon. Sophie answered my message almost immediately and after clarifying a few details, I booked our 4 nights stay and she prepared everything as fast as possible so we could check in. She was waiting for us and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located and quite. Supermarket, baker, restaurants, city center, beach and much more are reachable in range of 1-10 minutes walking distance. It's cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, which we did. great week spent with family and with our 2 dogs, the house is close to the center, restaurants, bars and beach very nice everything is on foot in 5 min, the garden space of the house is very good for relaxing and having a barbecue. Just 2 improvements and really it would be very very good.

Second stay in this accommodation and everything was perfect. The proximity to the city center and the beach while being quiet is a real pleasure. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. We'll be back again.

Xavier is nice, accommodating and responsive . Good size accommodation for the 4 of us, each his room was a wish for us . Sunny terrace sheltered from the wind . Good location in the resort , everything is accessible on foot or by bike . Enjoy your stay in Cap Ferret!

Very nice house, nice pool we enjoyed it. Located in a quiet area with lots of shops around (Auchan, bakery, pharmacy etc.), close to Bordeaux. We had a lovely stay, the only downside was the mosquitoes:)

We really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. We could walk to the shops, beach and train station. The terrace was perfect for sitting out on. Only to note it is covered so not sun all day. The flexibility for checking in and out was so helpful. 5 stars.

We were delighted to enjoy Éric's Landes house a second time. We found this peaceful and relaxing environment that we had enjoyed so much the first time. We really enjoyed meeting Eric again and thank him for his hospitality.

The house is perfect for a stay in Mimizan and to visit the beaches of the Landas. The drive to the beach area is comfortable and close. The house matches the photos in the listing and is very welcoming and comfortable for a family stay in summer. The yacuzzi in the garden is very useful and it is possible to park the vehicle within the private space of the house. The balcony space upstairs is very helpful and spacious. The property reached out to us throughout our stay and was extremely friendly both in welcoming us and in our march!

Good welcome, pleasant accommodation and well located for visiting the basin. Well-equipped accommodation with pool and jacuzzi. I recommend it for 6 people.

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. A big thank you to him for his kind attention upon arrival. We had a great time and may be back next year. I recommend it.

Very functional and very quiet apartment. It's very functional. Bus line 15 is 5 minutes away and Saint Jean train station (tram C) is a 15-minute walk away. The private parking space is an undeniable asset. And finally, Jérôme is a responsive and very friendly host.
