URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe, green and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city center is relatively quick and easy to reach. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

The bright, modern furnished apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly built press house. The 70 m² apartment is suitable for both single travelers and families (max. 5 people). Access to the apartment is via a few steps (not barrier-free). Whether you are planning cycling tours through the Weinviertel or visiting Vienna, you will find the ideal retreat here. In the middle of a small garden in the shade of a huge cherry tree is our newly furnished tiny house, just 100 meters from the Danube and a 10-minute walk to Korneuburg train station. On just 37 square meters you will find a fully equipped house with fireplace, sleeping gallery, kitchen and terrace. Ideal for couples or families with up to two children. The sofa is extendable and offers a lying surface of 115 x 190 cm.

We offer residential units with free WiFi, air conditioning, and private parking. The White House offers its guests large roof terrace, a seating area, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
