Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Large house on 2 floors totaling 280 sqm with large unobstructed outdoor area and beautiful views of the Venneslafjorden. From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand center), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbor where the Color Line goes from it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

Vennesla has a diverse offer for big and small. After a 3 min drive you are in Vennesla city center which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, library, swimming pool, swimming areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as. The logs are very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 minutes. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt and Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

The house consists of; 1st floor: hallway, living room, new kitchen in 2020, dining area, bathroom. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. Three quite large and one very small. There is room for 8 persons. On the second floor there are toilet rooms. Laundry room in the basement. Large deck of approx. 75 sqm. A little garden spot is there too. Car parking space sleeps 2 cars. Clogged around the house, so neighbors are close by. Bed linen and towels can be rented, 75kr per person per day.

Several good restaurants and cozy boutiques. Close to the field with many marked trails to the city's “peaks.” Recommended to end with a bath in the sea! Short distance to the Zoo (15 min by car). Kristiansand, Grimstad and Arendal are nice neighboring towns located from 15-30 min away, by car.
