The Birchview Suite lower level duplex is totally closed off from guests in upper level. It features two french doors that lead out to the large flagstone patio area, which is the main entrance. There's a full kitchen for you to prepare meals. We have a private dock 1/4 mile from the cottage and offer complementary use of kayaks, row boats, and canoes! We also have a pontoon for rent. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities can be found on and off the resort. State Trails are also nearby.

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. This location was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to do it. The house was well stocked and we had everything we needed! We didn’t have to worry about anything. If we had a question, Mark responded and gave us helpful information. I would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a weekend getaway to take our young boys fishing for their first time and this certainly fit the criteria. We were unlucky with not so great weather while we were there so didn’t fully get to enjoy the outdoors like we wanted to but we toughed it out to fish anyways and they sure were biting! We caught several pan fish, one walleye, and one big bass. The home was very nice and well kept with plenty of indoor entertainment to keep us busy.

We had the most amazing girls weekend at this beautiful lake house! The home was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The lake itself was calm, serene, and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. It felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape with friends. We’re already talking about coming back!
