Beautifully located bright apartment with good ecological indoor climate. Very friendly and helpful host family! Located opposite a beautiful old Gothic village church under old trees. We found the place very relaxing. We would go back there. Very comfortable large bed, the kitchen is well furnished, TV is versatile and fine (with digital connections). Sitting terrace in front of the apartment door on the first floor for warm hours. Well-closing windows, so you don't hear anything from the road traffic in the village. A garden area is gladly left for shared use. Stralsund is actually a quarter of an hour away, Rügen and the Darss as well as Greifswald are easily accessible!

Christian was a terrific host. He answered our questions quickly, described the apartment accurately, and allowed an earlier check-in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and organized, and had everything we needed to relax, cook basic meals, and feel at home. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, but there is a gas station with a convenience store and supermarkets reachable within less than 10 minutes by car. The location is beautiful, green, and absolutely peaceful. We would like to go back soon!

Over Pentecost 2025, we were on site with four people. Quiet top location, great restaurant next door - highly recommended, reservation advisable. Opposite a small fish shop with delicious specialties. Apartment as described, everything tip-top. Point of criticism: The TV did not work properly, the image stopped. Watching TV was only possible with an additional app. Internet was weak, as it was used by many - less suitable for home office.

Ringo was a nice host who was always available. The apartment is super suitable for 4 persons. Thermal baths well attended in the rain, access in case of overcrowding only for hotel guests. Indoor playground, great for children between 3 and 12 years old.

It is a very nice apartment where nothing is missing. Plenty of dishes and glasses (everything is fine) very clean, large balcony with beach chair, underground parking, bicycle storage room, everything available and usable. Quietly located, yet short distances to the beach, bakery and gastronomy. Check in with key box worked well. Everything is fine.

The accommodation is located in the renovated complex Prora. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a forest, immediately on a sandy, well-maintained beach. The spa centre of Binz is within walking distance. The apartment itself meets demanding requirements, with quality equipment. Everything was functional and well maintained. The apartment is comfortable and sufficient for a family of 4. Arrival and key handover was contactless, with very detailed and understandable information. We did not experience any problems or need to contact the owner throughout our stay. Check out was also without any problems. I can only recommend the accommodation. The only possible complaint is the nesting of swallows - martins on the balcony. We didn't mind it at all, it allowed us to watch the birds from the bed. But the owner probably won't be happy about it.

Luxury apartment exactly according to our style, simple, chic, clean and tidy. With a lot of love for detail. Very high quality furnishings. What I liked very much, books for children, toys, cuddly animals loving room. The only downside is the bed, very high and not quite suitable for infants. Doesn't match that in the photos. We then made it fit and a blanket under the toppers. It's possible to order a baby bed at an extra cost. The high chair can also be used in this way. We have waived it. All in all, there is nothing wrong with it. Bakers, small bars and restaurants directly passable. And those who love history are in the right place. Great shower we will miss the most 😄

My stay at Elke's apartment was exactly what I needed! The view of the sea from the bed, as well as from the dining room. The pleasant cozy and clear atmosphere of the apartment. I felt right at home. Thanks Elke for making everything so nice!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

An all-around perfect Baltic Sea holiday. The lake park is a super nice place to get into a vacation feeling. Whether as a family, with a child, dog or alone. Through a Bimmelbahn you can quickly get to every beach or every sight. A walk to the sea or harbor is worth it every time, Sellin is a beautiful little place. With a steam locomotive (RasenderRoland) you can visit the neighboring towns, our highlight. The vacation rental offers a beautiful home away from home. We will be happy to come back. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable with the two bathrooms. The house has an elevator and on the ground floor there is a storage room where strollers and beach essentials can be parked. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes. However, everyday items such as oil, salt and pepper as well as dish towels must be brought along. Due to the great location right on the Baltic Sea, we are happy to be guests again.

We stayed with Felix over New Year's Eve because our dog panics about fireworks/crackers. Since we were told that this would take place on the beach, but in fact it was not, but on the premises itself, this was unfortunately a big problem for us personally (which the landlord is not to blame for). Otherwise, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary (although it would have been nice to find hand soap) and we had a good time there. The beach within walking distance is clean and highly recommended. Felix was available, responded quickly and there was another contact option for questions/problems. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible. Thank you!

We spent a few great days five minutes from the sea and also loved the proximity to shops, spa park and Co. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Our first time in Rügen. We loved it and the apartment was perfect for that. Very nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We'd definitely come back. Beate is very nice, helpful and very quick to answer my questions. Check-in was easy and easy. What would have been nice would have been if there were bathrobes in the apartment or an information that you have to take some with you, as you can use the sauna and the pool on the roof. We (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog) had a nice time on site. The property offers the opportunity to play with the dog "in front of the door". The chickens were a highlight for the little one. Bergen is not far away and offers all the shopping you need for a stay. It should also be mentioned that the cleaning fee for the dog is not included in the booking price. This is important for some people to know.

Very kind hosts, which make a lot of effort to allow a nice stay. We were expecting a very large and beautiful property with a couple of animals and lots of fruit that was just ripe. Rooms are clean and are nicely decorated. Amenities were complete, we didn't miss anything. The area is very quiet and you can get anywhere quickly by car. The location is central on the island. Our children were very welcome and felt comfortable.

We+dog enjoyed our 1 week stay on the farm. It is quietly located and cozy. Accommodation corresponded to the pictures and sufficient basic equipment (cutlery, crockery, towels, furniture, kettle, bed linen, towels, etc.)were available. Pool use was possible at any time. Many excursion destinations can be reached within half an hour with the car. The evening you could end up very well outdoors, there were seating areas for everyone and directly at the apartment a terrace with a green area on it. Simple words it was very nice and certainly not the last time there the last time🙂
