Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bình Tân

The bedroom is very neat and the house is totally out of my expectation - it's so beautiful, just as shown in the picture! It is worthy of what I paid!

From the first moment of comunication Lan was clear, proactive, super friendly and was waiting for me, even when I came just around midnight for check in. The location is not exactly in the busy area of HCMC, but somehow when you left her street, the crazy scooter trafic was already awayting you, no matter the direction. All you need for providing or going out for food is just around the corner, no matter which one. The room was looking exactly as in the pics. For me, it was the perfect stay forthe first few nights right after arriving to HCM by plane. Next time, I would do the same, but just out of curiosity maybe try to get the other room. Beautiful surroundings of the apartment, close to the airport, about 10 minutes walk to the biggest Aeon Mall in Ho Chi Minh

Tal responded quickly and helped with issues. The apartment looked like in the photos and you had everything we needed. The pool was for children only, but the park around the gated community is very nice. Only that the police regularly do checks in the facilities and the rental seems to be not quite as legal, you should know. 🙈 This was a bit uncomfortable for us when we learned this.

Anna is a very pleasant hostess. Room was fairly large. A bit of a distance from downtown Saigon. But with scooter rental it was breeze. Grounds in center of Condo complex very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

The accommodation is just right for a short layover, comfortable, clean and quiet. The apartment complex does have several eating, drinking establishments as well as a well-stock supermarket yet we just use Grab (taxi) to get to District 1 for a night out with evening meal etc. It's possible to walk to the airport from there but it can be a challenge if one has luggage considering uneven street surface. We reckon it would take around 20 minutes on foot to get from the accommodation to the International Terminal. We took Grab to the International Terminal.

My family had a great time here, the building has an area for kids, close to a lot of restaurants and cafe shops

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.
