Super responsive host, more than enough space for two people without being on top of each other. Clear spaces to sleep, work at desk, relax on couch. Bathroom design slightly older style to main sleeping, living and kitchen areas. That aside everything works fine, plenty of hot water. Checkin easy, as other stayers mentioned be mindful of stairs up to room. For a couple all good; with children / lot of luggage, little bit more effort. Overall pleasant stay and close to areas of interest and district 1.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Staff are SO FRIENDLY AND GENEROUS! Amazing people and I miss them dearly. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this stay if you’re traveling to Vietnam, they will take good care of you and help you with anything you need. Thank you so much!

I stayed at Sunny’s places for 3-nights and four days. The apartment was much better than I had imagined and the pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms and fixtures. We used the gym everyday during our stay and the equipment was in great condition and functional. The neighborhood was upscale with a great view of the canal. The convenience store at the entrance to the apartment building was an added bonus and the clerks were courteous and spoke English well. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the best parts of the city by Taxi or Uber. I found Uber to be the best way to get around and the apartment was well-known to most of the drivers. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s from Aruba to Thailand and Sunny’s place rates at the top of the list.

24 hr. Marts very close and tons of other places during the day. About half hour from downtown city center. Room was comfortably clean with movie channels. Cool ac. Great lighting choices. 24 hour secured parking. This was a great deal for a normally high end hotel room. Hope to stay again.

This is a hotel. The host is only a middleman, but it's easy to get around and buy. The hotel's service is very good.

Nice place for my quick trip to HCMC. Right in middle of District 1. Nearby street work is a bit inconvenient but it was communicated in advance and is not within property’s control.

A modern and clean high floor unit a a stylish building. Nice pool on the roof! Staff was very helpful. Fantastic neighborhood with many food options from streetfood to high end dining.

It was a very pretty and amazing establishment - loved our time here cooking and eating by the river, with very responsive and considerate host.

Great atmosphere

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is in the middle of shops selling home improvement building materials but anyone is very nice and you don’t really hear the hustle and bustle of a market vibe. Place is self is very nice, clean. The reception was open and is under improvements that didn’t really affect me I just messaged the host if I needed anything super quick to reply. The apartment is nice has everything you need, id choice to stay here again.

I went to the concert until 3am and called the check in staff was still very welcoming and instructed me to store the car, going up to the room even though she was called up by me in her sleep :(( Super clean room and nice view, more than what I expected. The toilet is clean, everything is very comfortable and safe. In my opinion, the price here is quite affordable, I check out the receptionist in the morning is also super cute.

This place is great, location is fantastic but I do have a few things I didn’t like Wi-Fi is shared between all customers, so it is very slow. If your working a job that needs Wi-Fi, you are in trouble here a little bit Can be noisy in the mornings due to u staying in D1. Not too noisy to where if u sleep with earplugs that it’s an issue, also bring a sleeping mask as light gets in the morning with no way to cover top windows. Overall though, those are my only complaints Staff were lovely, space was lovely, but what’s stopping me from booking again is the WiFi issue. If they fixed the WiFi, would be 10/10, I’m still giving them 5 stars, as it was really fantastic everything else, but leaving feedback so you are warned.
