Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Binh Dinh

We are a family of 8 adults and fit Kim's place perfectly. My aunts could not climb the stairs, luckily there was a spare mattress on the 1st floor. Around the hhouse are many local eateries and it 's walking distance from the beautiful beach. Kim also helped us to book the transport to Nhơn Lí. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Mỹ An's apartment is in a great location that is peaceful, quiet and convenient. I found that restaurants, supermarkets and activities were nearby and very accessible. Lastly, Mỹ An was an outstanding host. She was acommodating and attentive to all concerns and requests. I would easily recommend booking her space based on her hospitality alone.

Me and my family had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped with modern amenities. The most special feature is the beachfront balcony with a stunning view where we can relax and enjoy the fresh air every morning. The host is very friendly, helpful, and quick response. Convenient apartment location, close to the beach and local restaurants. I'd definitely go back if I had a chance!

The place is very easy to find. You Huy have support staff to receive the house in the building and during the residence so it is very reassuring. The apartment is clean as shown on airbnb. Great host

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The apartment not only owns an extremely beautiful sea view, but also is designed very modern, clean and fully equipped. Every morning, waking up and watching the sunrise from the balcony is one of the things that make the holiday so special. The host is very friendly, helpful from booking to check out. The apartment is also close to surrounding utilities such as restaurants, coffee shop and convenient store, which is very convenient for transportation. I was especially impressed with the quiet and relaxing space here. It is definitely an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday and be close to nature. I'll come back next time if I have a chance!

Great place to stay with a stunning view of the sea and the city square. Amazing location as it is walkable to the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. I loved walking along the beach promenade and the sand and watching people play beach volleyball in the afternoon. The apartment is spacious and modern - definitely great value for money. The host also provided Vietnamese instant coffee which was very lovely. Really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful building, walkable area and just a few feet from the beach. Amazing coffee and seafood right nearby. Probably the easiest building to find in the city... easily the tallest. Space matched the description and pictures perfectly. Little touches in the room were nice as well. The balcony and view was perfect for morning coffee too. Will definitely book again when we come back. Thanks for hosting us!

The building is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just 50 meters from the beach, making it super easy to get around 🌊. Surrounded by awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, and convenience stores, you’ve got everything you need nearby 🏪. The apartment is clean, spacious, and airy, with modern, brand-new furniture 🏠. The bed is incredibly comfy with four pillows, including a big one I absolutely adore 🛏️. Situated on the 11th floor, it boasts an open view and a breathtaking sea vista 🌅. The host is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic 😊. Even when I arrived at midnight, they welcomed me with warmth and thoughtful support 🙌.

Spacious, quiet, central and easily accessible. The only thing to note is that I did not receive any communication up until we arrived but fortunately did not have to wait as the host met us outside. The hotel in the same building has a great spa and rooftop restaurant with regular promotions and beautiful views.

Great stay in Quy Nhon. I’ve stayed at the TMS building before(but with a different host), so knew what to expect. Pros: •Absolutely epic wraparound balcony with the best views. This is reason enough to stay here. •Great kitchen(I’m a chef) to cook in, with sliding doors that open up to the balcony and its views. •Spacious bathroom and shower. •Very peaceful, with no noise from any neighbor units. Cons: •No couch to relax on. This host has other options available, so if a comfy couch is your thing, then see what else they have. •Pool and gym access not included. It’s not the host’s fault. Just seems like that’s how all large condo buildings in Quy Nhon are run. •No parking available on site. I’m driving around Vietnam on a motorbike, and on-site parking is always nice for unloading and security. There is paid parking across the street. All in all, a well priced spot with fantastic views, peaceful sleep and a friendly responsive host. I would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views in the morning! Place looked exactly like photos. Communication was great. Beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve had in our 7 weeks in Vietnam. So nice having a refrigerator and washing machine as well. Only regret is wishing we could stay at this place in Quy Nhon even longer.

Everything feels just right! Very well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, balcony, etc. The doors and windows are sturdy and insulating. Surrounding is calm.

All is nice and good. The apartment is really nice, clean and great view. We really have good day here. It’s worth to spend your holidays here.

Ngoc Lan’s place is exactly as described. Located on a high floor incredible view out over the beach onto the ocean. The unit was super clean and had everything within to make our stay very comfortable The hosts and her staff response time was very quick. Overall, a great place to stay I highly recommend.
