The 2 bedrooms apartment is clean, spacious and fully furnished. Convenient location, easy to move, around many delicious eateries. Friendly, responsive host. Very satisfied and will be back when I get a chance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are a family of 8 adults and fit Kim's place perfectly. My aunts could not climb the stairs, luckily there was a spare mattress on the 1st floor. Around the hhouse are many local eateries and it 's walking distance from the beautiful beach. Kim also helped us to book the transport to Nhơn Lí. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Nice & clean apartment, beautiful city & sea view - all you need at home. Quite closed to city center, but there’s many parking slot at late night, but you can ask the security for reserving.

Nice and supportive host. The place feels secure, clean and cozy. Have everything I need in an easy-to-find place. Recommended!

The place is worth the price. Rooms look exactly like the pictures. We were provided with all necessary amenities. Thi's mom is extremely nice.

Wow. Where do I start. We came on Valentine’s Day and he helped me prepare a wonderful dinner on the rooftop of the stay for me and my valentine. Extremely helpful, always responsive, couldn’t be better, stayed in room 301 , had an amazing view. Great room, great bathroom. Very worth the money. Walking distance to the owners restaurant as well as several others / coffee shops. Arranged moped rental and train station drop off with the owner as well without a hitch. Great place. Great host. Would recommend to anyone.

An amazing place to stay, the property was so lovely and spacious and so close to the city. Huy was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions and made our stay really nice and easy. Thank you Huy. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Had a great stay. The best studio configuration in this building, this is more like an apartment rather than a big hotel room. The beautiful decor also helps with this, feels like a home. There's lots of space, it's fully equipped, a lot of storage too. The easy and friendly communication with Hanna makes it even better. Recommend.

Pleasant experience. Central apartment and beautiful sea view can walk to places to eat, to bath beach. Attentive, cheerful staff. The apartment was clean, comfortable. Variety of dishes.

Nice enough room for the price. Weird electrics when you come in and we didn’t get many instructions so was a bit of a puzzle when we arrived but other than that, no complaints. It’s a nice furnished cheap hotel room perfect for a night or 2. Had a nice bath there too

The view is really nice. It's a nice room with a view of the sea on a high floor. The host was friendly and the furniture, such as the sofa, was well maintained as if it was new. There is a refrigerator and hot plate, so you can cook simple meals. There were some flies, but other than that, I recommend it as a rare clean room with no bugs.

Thanh's apartment is quite quiet security and clean. The reception guys are very nice, although the time here is short but if I have a chance I will come back

We were a group of 5 that stayed in this apartment. It's is a perfect size and had everything we needed. We were able to rent motorbikes, with out them we were stuck. It was hard to get à taxi topick us up on departure and I would n't recommend staying here un less you have your own mode of transport. This is my only critique as everything else was great !

When I first booked an airbnb room, I didn't expect an apartment to be like that. The owner is extremely psychologically always, the room is clean and fragrant, full kitchen utensils, glass cleaner, mosquito repellent, body mist (may have been forgotten by previous guests) netflix tv, balcony with dark sea view to see tpho on the lamp pole chill. Oh k what's wrong with that? 10₫

Great place to stay! Vy Hieus husband picked us up at the bus station and showed us the apartment. Everything was clean and the kitchen had decent equipment. Two big beds which were very comfortable alogside with the quick and responsive communication made our stay perfect. We would stay again!

I have travelled a lot and used airbnb for years but this apartment is my most favorite so far. This is a must stay place when you visit Qui Nhon. The apartment is super clean with modern Western minimalist design, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meal. I was impressed with the rice cooker that they have. They stock everything you need from the shampoo to laundry detergent, you feel like home when you stay here. The view is stunning that you can see the bay on the back and the ocean from the front. A plus for a very convenient location, down the street only couple blocks you will find a local street food Phan Boi Chau that can feed your whole family full of flavors for less than $10. If you want to experience the local seafood market for fresh seafood, it is to your left for only 10mins walk. You can even walk to the main street Xuan Dieu with lots of seafood restaurants and full of entertainments at night like the bars, coffee shops, night park, etc, LOVE
