Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Biloxi

We stayed here for Jeepin the Coast 2025. perfect place. Close to all the action. Safe to leave out doors & top.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. There were a lot of amenities at the house and being walking distance to the beach was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and kind. My toddler really loved the box of toys in the closet and the playset.

Wesley was very responsive. He made accomadations when asked. Everything was as described. Wesley had a book with restaurants and things to do. Very nice place and clean. We would most definitely stay again

We are repeat guests and cannot say enough about how much we love this place. The cottage is very comfortable and so peaceful. Every detail is thought of, from the wine to the candy and my favorite bottled water! The bed is super comfy and we love the couch with its cozy throws. It’s convenient and close to everything yet very quiet. I slept like a baby. Dreux is very thoughtful and always available to help! This is definitely a place you want to experience. If you are lucky, “Pretty Ricky” the kitty from across the street will pay you a visit and let you love on him.

This place is and always will be our home away from home

We loved our stay here. The only issue was the sheer amount of “horse fly” type bugs, but this is not the owners fault, and she did mention this in her description. The house itself was updated and beautiful.

Been staying here for years and it never disappoints. Great location, very clean house and amazing communication with Gary. Best hidden gem in the area.

Such a peaceful stay. The Old House had everything we needed. We absolutely loved being outside and walking down to see the animals. We’ll be back for sure!!

The apartment itself was clean and organized and for an older place was in decent shape. This was one of the more affordable places in the area that met our requirements. That being said, you are getting what you pay for. I consider it a place to stay, not to hang out at. While it does say it has a balcony, it is the front entrance and if you sit out there you can look at the parking lot or the apartment building across the parking lot. I am unsure whether it's a 10-minute walk to the beach as you have to wind through an older residential section with no sidewalks to get out. We did not walk it, but a younger couple that was staying in another apartment did. If you are looking for a basic place to stay at for reasonable price and not looking to hang out and relax at, I would recommend this location.

great value for the money & a nice alternative to the scarcity of hotels in the area ; we had a party on the same side of the highway so it was nice to avoid crossing any major intersections - very comfortable & had what we needed for a single night stay

We booked the nest to use as getting ready space for my wedding. It was great for that purpose. The nest also made a peaceful spot to relax the day after. Everyone was helpful and responsive. It was hard for me to tell from the photos, but their are four rooms. You enter into a landing space with a coffee station. Then their is a little sitting room to the left side with a drawing table and love seat. Directly across from the front door is a bathROOM it is rather large for the size of the space and has a dressing room space behind the toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a bed, sitting chair, and dresser. Not an enormous space but fair nice.

The house is extremely cute. It has a country feel and only 15 minutes or so to town. The home owner was responsive and helpful.

I was very happy with the stay! Perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Very clean, the owners are responsive and helpful. I love the delicious muffins that were left for me upon my arrival and the rooms were cozy and contained everything that I needed. Great coffee, nice towels, beach towels and bikes were available if I needed them. This will be my go to location when visiting family in Ocean Springs. Thank you!

The condo was beautiful and the beach was great. We had to leave a day early due to a death in the family and Kenny was very understanding with the situation. We will be back!

Had another wonderful week in the Studio. Such a great location and love being enveloped in trees! Barbara is always pleasant and lively, she’s an inspiration.

My mother-in-law and kiddos enjoyed their stay! Maddy was an amazing host! She knew that GPS wouldn’t take them to the home so with her patience and help they were able to find it no issues! The area was quiet and serene. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. The home itself was beautiful and clean as well! All and all it was an amazing stay and perfect for a little getaway!

Mariely was great very fast response with emails. We stayed 8 nights felt right at home everything was clean and no issues at all. We will be back next year. Tank you, Mariely.

We celebrated my husband's birthday weekend at this residence. The property was extremely comfortable, with clear instructions provided. Its proximity to local restaurants, game shops, and the beach was a notable advantage. Orlando and Gina demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and anticipate returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay even though it at was a short one. The only issue we had was trying to get a parking pass. We arrived at 3:30 and the office wasn't supposed to close until 5:00. However, there was nobody in the office. Security was supposed to be on the premises at 7:00 p.m., but my husband looked for security and they were not present even though sometime during the night someone gave us a warning. I went back to the office the next morning and it wasn't open. I was lucky and happened upon someone who worked on the property, and she was able to access the parking passes. Management needs to do better as far as keeping the office open during its stated hours. Turns out security is only there for 30 minutes in the evenings.

Larry was a cool dude and the place was well worth the money

This place was perfect for our little get away. Very clean and a great location. We will definitely consider coming back next time we go to Ocean Springs.

Pictures do not do justice the place was huge and loved the location. We could quickly get to our cars, loved not having to use an elevator. Was perfect for Jeepin the coast. It is gated with security and that made me much more comfortable leaving my jeep outside. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Rob and Stacee were very responsive if we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect home away from home. Chris did a phenomenal job with making you feel welcomed when you are here. The condo was very spacious with all of the amenities you need. The decorations were modern and everything was very clean. You also have a large balcony to look out on with the beach directly infront of you. There’s board games available to kept the kids entertained, huge washer & dryer to do your laundry, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Theres also a wagon with everything you need in it to bring across the street and hang out on the beach. Looking forward to coming back to this residence for our home away from home.

Robert’s place was phenomenal! It was squeaky clean,with lovely furnishings and decor. Located in a very convenient place with great access to the beach as well as the two pools onsite. We will definitely stay here again and without a shadow bid a doubt we Highly recommend you do as well. Thanks guys for a great week!
