Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

My family of 5 stayed here for two nights. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The place is three units back from the river, so super close. Our kids jumped off one dock and let the current take them to the next dock. It kept them busy for hours. The listing doesn’t show a patio or bbq but it has one. The propane was out but our hosts dropped a fresh one off the next morning. Overall, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

steep cleaning fee for the place but other than that it was perfect if you plan on spending more time on the water than the air bnb. private ramp access was useful!
