Le logement de 50m2 se trouve à l'étage, à l'extrémité d'une longère rénovée, dans un hameau en campagne, à 3 km de toutes les commodités. Les pièces sont claires, exposées est et sud et on dispose d'un local fermé pour les voyageurs à vélo. En campagne, proche des axes Rennes-Lorient et Vannes-St Brieuc sans en subir les désagréments, à 15 mn du domaine de Kerguehennec (Centre d'art contemporain et parc remarquable), à 40 mn du golfe du Morbihan, à 15 mn du parc d'attraction de Kingoland.

Small charming house in the countryside restored by us and adjoining our main house. It offers comfort, quiet and immediate accessibility to the village (4 km all amenities). Starting point for walks and hikes in the Lanvaux hillside (Botségalo woods, forest pond, Floranges forest). And close (15 to 20 km) to the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches and coastal trails, its attractive towns: Vannes, Auray. Sheets can be booked (€10)

Au p'tit Bonheur

Au p'tit Bonheur (in Coët-Bugat) was refurbished in 2020: stone and wood are the main elements. It consists of a main room with fully equipped bright kitchen, and a sitting area with TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate toilet, laundry room with sink, washing machine… and upstairs a dormitory consisting of a double bed and 2 single beds. Outside there is an equipped terrace and a garage.
