Waterfront glamping bunkie. Queen bed in loft. Downstairs: Sofa (converts in two twin beds), microwave, mini-fridge, water dispenser and Keurig machine. Dark curtains for all windows. Outdoor restroom, shower and kitchen (shared with another family, when RV/tent space is booked). Boating, swimming & fishing steps away from the door (use of row-boat included). Private outdoor area with table, chairs & fire-ring. No AC nor heating. No wifi available (great for connecting with nature). No pets.

Big Rideau Lake Cottage - Summer’s Cabin

Welcome to Summer’s Cabin on Big Rideau Lake! Our cottage offers three bedrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably including a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The third bedroom includes a full size washer & dryer. Our kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and dishwasher. Our property has a shared right of way that leads to a deck, dock, and large fire pit. We offer water sport equipment to enjoy the lake in a quiet bay. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the historic town of Perth.

Cabin in the Woods

This quiet, off-grid retreat will allow you to get away from it all, recharge, and absorb the sounds of nature. The 440 m walk to the cabin through the woods will enable you to decompress before you arrive. There's a cleared hiking or snowshoe trail for you to enjoy that goes beyond the cabin. The cabin does not have running water or electricity. We will provide water, lanterns, wood for the woodstove, and a small generator to charge your phone and lanterns during your stay.

The Sheldon Manor & Vineyard

The Sheldon Manor, a slice of Canadian history, is a heritage home built in 1865 with sandstone quarried from the land. The home exudes timeless elegance with its sandstone exterior, wraparound porch and stately sitting rooms. The property boasts modern comforts including a hot tub, heated pool, fire pit and vineyard. Rich in history, the manor offers serenity on its sprawling 4.5 acre lot, beckoning guests to explore its enchanting charm.

Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.
