WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Holly was an amazing host and the stay at this place was excellent. Due to a challenging & difficult life situation i was devastated , alone , emotionally wrecked & couldn’t even muster strength to getup . I was in my lowest state trying to sleep & praying / meditate.The room was very peaceful, comfortable , cozy & absolutely quiet which helped me tremendously . Even though I was a stranger, Holly was so kind enough to comfort me & tried to lift my spirits. She encouraged me to stay strong & face life - a gesture only a person with kind heart can extend to another person. During the most traumatic phase of my life this place was a godsend . Holly is helpful , amazing, has a beautiful heart& kind person with great sense of humor .For anyone looking for a peaceful warm place to stay in MN , grab this and look no further ! This was my first AirBNB experience & the experience was great & felt like home ! if I need a place next time I’ll go back here in a heartbeat. Thank you Holly!!!

We had a lovely relaxing stay! The location could not be better- walk out to Kerber pond for a tranquil nature experience, walk/bike to the nearby playground by Chanhassen elementary, and also there are nice restaurants, post office, bank, laundromat, grocery stores closeby. The location is very private. We interacted quite a bit with the lovely family, something that we truly enjoyed. Their puppy is SO cute and my kids LOVED him, but if you are afraid of dogs or need to carry bags down to the rooms, it may be good to ask for help to distract this fun, energic bundle of love- he just loves attention! The highlights were 1. going on a walk with the puppy around Kerber pond! 2. Chatting with this lovely family 3. Going for a swim/splash in the pool and warming up in the hot tub 4. The homemade bread that we were treated to! 5. The massage chair 6. The convenience. We had a great time- thank you!
