I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this home was. I highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend this to place to everyone for any occasion. There was not one bad thing we could say and fell in love with the backyard & inside layout. They had ample trash bags, soaps, hair ties, bathroom accessories and everything else you need. The rules and check out was so simple and easy, not stressful or tons of rules ….they kept it short and sweet. This hands down is the best house we have rented and will definitely be renting this property again. The neighborhood was fantastic and so easy to find. I can’t forget the garage is packed with bikes, fishing poles, games, all kinds of baby items and a ton more stuff! We come to Big Bear every year and this was my favorite place we've stayed so far. Great location, near the Zoo and Dank Donuts. Trash drop off was only 2 min away. We enjoyed the back yard the most as it was fully fenced for the dogs and the kids loved the hot tub and fire pit for smores! Plenty of space and kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing shower as well! Lastly, Ryan was extremely responsive for any questions we did have and called me within minutes of messaging him. Just amazing!

Beautiful house, amazing location, perfect stay. All of my parties needs were met perfectly and I could not recommend enough. Definitely would book again!

This cabin is amazing, had a blast! Super quiet area, the house is nicely designed to relax the entire time. The two decks make for great hanging out space and just watch and observe nature, so soothing. There is a market two blocks down with everything you need to hang out at home and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. You feel right at home. I enjoyed my stayed a lot, thank you Diego and Monique for hosting us. Looking forward to the next stay!

Though this property in on the North side of the lake it's only an 11 minute drive to everything and well worth being away from the busyness of downtown Big Bear. Very quiet, EXCELLENT unobstructed view of almost the entire lake, loved all the wood burning fireplaces, great kitchen with all the needed accessories. Definitely had a feeling of being home and not of being in a rental or hotel room. We wiill 100% be staying here again in the future.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! We wanted a nice relaxing clean place to have for the weekend and we got exactly what we wanted. It was super easy to checkin, super clean place and a really beautiful "at home" experience. The bed was really comfy and the shower was awesome. Both hosts were helpful and very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay with them again!

Great stay at the little green cabin. Though we didn’t partake the fridge of frozen pizzas was a great touch. In a lovely neighborhood and very close to town. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

It was a beautiful / cozy little spot! Great for a little getaway from the city! Rich was very nice and accommodating!

Check in and check out was very easy. The place was clean and big enough for the party size stated. Great location where many things are accessible with a 5-10 min car ride.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Nice little cabin steps from the lifts at Snow Summit. Pretty clean and well equipped. Bryan was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location! Close to everything and very clean. Check in was very smooth and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was just for one night. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it.

Had a wonderful time at Leanne’s place this past Memorial Day weekend. Just as described, clean and very nice making sure we were enjoying our trip.

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!

Beautiful home and very senior friendly with everything on one level (aside from 2 steps up to doorway), and handicap bars in the shower to help their stability. Perfectly located next to Boulder Bay Park for picnic and fishing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Peaceful and relaxing, just what was needed. Our host, Natalie, communicated perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to return for another stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
