This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. Our apartment "Felsenpfad" is situated in a quiet location directly on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, the largest contiguous forest area in Germany in the newly expanded attic (one staircase up). The apartment is comfortably equipped. In five minutes, guests are on the premium rock trail, which runs 45 km around the town. Other premium routes are also easily accessible. Very close is also an entry to the mountain bike park Pfälzerwald, with 900 km long route network.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.
