Veluwe Nature House: Directly at the Crown Estate

From your nature house, you can walk or cycle directly into the forest or over the heathlands of this most beautiful place. Bicycles are free and maps are available. Spot wildlife (such as red deer and visit the many museums and attractions nearby! It is absolutely quiet: no traffic or main road. Convenient: * Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m. (later not possible due to cleaning). * Car is recommended (public transport is not optimal). We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

With 5 minutes by bike (nearby for rent) you are in the forest or in the cozy center of Apeldoorn with plenty of terraces and shops. The cottage has been completely renovated and decorated with love. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is space for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camp bed for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.
