The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor and is very sunny due to the many windows. The canal house is located directly in the center. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

De Houseboot: Kingfisher ligt in het Veluwemeer met volle uitzicht over het meer richting het Hansestadje Elburg. Voor de natuurliefhebber een walhalla! Vogels als Meerkoeten, Zwanen, IJsvogels, Kuifeenden zwemmen voor de boot om zich te voorzien van voedsel in het ondiepe water voor de boot.
