Located in the original farm yard of Manor House Farm, in the heart of the Cotswold village of Duns Tew, the stables have been carefully remodeled to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The building is tucked in the corner of the old farmyard in a secluded spot and has a small south facing patio area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. Built in 2016 on the site of an old stable, Wyvering Cottage is charming and airy, with all amenities. There is a double bedroom and ensuite shower room, a large living room with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview and Netflix, dining table and chairs and a neat and well-fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob. The cottage feels spacious and light with its vaulted ceiling and skylight windows. We welcome one well-behaved dog.
