Full apartment a few minutes from the center. Family-friendly and couple-friendly. Very well located and quiet in a residential area with all the necessary services nearby (pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, fruit shops, playgrounds, bus stops, proximity, urban train, bike path) Full kitchen with a washing machine/dryer. Two adult bikes and bus card available for you. If you come with a baby, you have a baby bath, chair hoist, and a folding crib.

20 minutes from San Sebastian, in Pasai Donibane (Pasajes San Juan) we have renovated the last floor of the old family house of the eighteenth century in which we have lived 3 generations. The goal was to get a small open-plan apartment under a deck with a useful free height of 1.80 meters in the walkway area, which had the maximum useful surface area and natural light possible, highlighting the wooden structure that supports the sloping deck.

You'll love my place because of the comfort of the 1.35 bed and 1.20 sofa bed, the full kitchen, the view to some nice gardens. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).
