Mitesh is great host, always responsive. Place really felt like home, kitchen and TV hall is the highlight, We felt right at home. Final touch to this place is the care taker. She takes care of things like her own space, neat, clean, arranged everything for your ease everyday. lovely experience

Just a small request to remove old soaps and put hand wash in kitchen and the other washroom too and cleaning in the gallery will make this flat a much better place otherwise the flat is spacious open for sunlight we have ac in only one bedroom was not expecting that other then that it was a good experience and value for money

Arera colony is one of the best areas in Bhopal. And Sunil's residence is walking distance from 10 No Market which a hub for everything. The place was clean and the caretaker was responsive and polite. Sunil also helped me with keeping my luggage for one additional day. 10/10 recommend.

The experience at the homestay was awesome and the host are very good

It was wonderful stay as Sumit's place. The place was walkable distance from groceries. The washroom was clean. The kitchen with all other utensils and equipments comes in handy wherein you can cook your own food. Washing machine was also in working conditions. Overall, it was a good expierence. The host was proactive and communicated things in advance.

The place was very nice and clean with lots of space. The area of the villa is quite big and very spacious, they have 3 big rooms , a hall and a very spacious kitchen, you will not regret paying for it. I would also want to say that Hemant was really helpful during the stay. He welcomed us and showed us all amenities of the house and also helped us in transportation. I would give extra rating for going above and beyond as a host Also the house is just next to the temple so you can feel very positive vibes.
