Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Beverwijk

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie ein wunderbares Wochenende in Uitgeest. Die Umgebung mit der Windmühle, den Wiesen mit viel Wasser, Natur und dem schönen Ort direkt um die Ecke sind der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge ans Meer oder nach Haarlem und Amsterdam. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We enjoyed our stay at Brenda and Michael’s super clean, spacious, well appointed home. It was full of light and the eclectic decor really added to the experience. The location was ideal, just 2 train stops from Centraal with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Communication couldn’t have been better. We had a issue with the coffee machine and Michael stopped by the same day to fix it. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

vanaf het begin een goede communicatie met Reinie. Gastenverblijf nog mooier dan de foto's laten zien. Heel hartelijk ontvangen en bij aankomst stond er een verrassende lekkernij klaar. Ik heb een paar fijne dagen gehad en gelijk geboekt voor volgend jaar.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een knusse accomodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is perfect en Grace en Vincent zijn fantastische hosts. Zeker een aanrader!

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Irma. Le logement est très propre, agréable, bien équipé. L’environnement est très joli. Irma est une hôte très sympathique et réactive. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had a lovely time staying here! The apartment is clean, homey and well furnished with its own side entrance, so it's very private from the rest of the building. The beach, restaurants etc. are only a 5 min walk away. Masha was very communicative which made our stay absolutely stress-free. The self check-in/out was really simple. Thanks so much and we hope to be back soon! ☺️

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in Trudys Wohnung. Trudy antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen, wir durften früher einchecken und wurden herzlich empfangen, mit Saft und tollem Kuchen, Kaffee, Tee.... Alles war sehr sauber, es fehlte nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trudy gab uns Tipps für eine Bäckerei und tolle Restaurants. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, dass wir die Terasse nutzen konnten. Dank der Heizung hatten wir es aber drinnen gemütlich. Man kommt in 15 Minuten gut zu Fuß in die Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ellen's place. It was Air bnb at its best - you get to stay in your own space but have a contact with a friendly local person. Ellen's place is a quirky compact space in what feels like a safe, friendly neighbourhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the step and all the local amenities. It's an easy walk into town (about 25 mins) and Haarlem is beautiful.

Über das Wochenende haben eine Freundin und ich das Airbnb gebucht und ich muss sagen, unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen und sehr idyllischen Gegend. Trotz des kurzen Aufenthalts haben wir uns sehr erholen können. Mit den Fahrrädern, welche vor Ort gemietet werden können, sind wir in die benachbarte Stadt ,,Leiden“ gefahren. Eine super schöne Stadt mit vielen Shopping Möglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten Mal. Liebe Grüße Lina

Wir haben zu zweit drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewohnt. Das Zentrum von Zaandam ist fußläufig (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 Minuten) zu erreichen. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit dem Bus einen knappe halbe Stunde. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Yafit hat uns am ersten Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück gemacht und zur Begrüßung standen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben es geliebt abends, nach einem langen Tag, ein Bier auf der Außenterrasse unter Lichterketten zu trinken. Unser persönliches Highlight der Wohnung ist die Badewanne, welche im Badezimmer durch eine Öffnung in der Wand zu erreichen war. Absolut gemütlich!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

In der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Der Kontakt mit Monice und Pascal war super freundlich und bereitgestellte Infos äußerst umfangreich, so dass wir u. a. schnell einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nachbarschaft finden konnten. Der Bäcker gegenüber hatte leckere Brötchen und Alkmaarscentrum ist fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt genau an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, aber irgendwie - und ich bin sehr hellhörig und lärmempfindlich - hat dieser nicht gestört, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Ich habe in dem bequemen Bett super geschlafen, die Umgebung war ruhig. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist steil, aber kein Problem, nur am ersten Tag ein bisschen ungewohnt. Ich wurde von einer echten Person am Haus begrüßt und mit kleinen Goodies verwöhnt. Fazit: Ich habe mich willkommen und absolut wohl gefühlt. Ich war sehr gern bei Charlotte zu Gast zu würde jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung und Utrecht als Stadt.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
