We felt comfortable as the 1st time, everything is there what we needed, the apartment is small but nice, clean and modern. I immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Thomas and Anja! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main train station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning/ vacuum cleaner was also available if you want to clean in between. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a big closet!) The location is quiet but super convenient: in 5 min walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

We spent a very nice long weekend in the Alte Forsthaus and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, in which nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. Thank you very much!

The communication and check-in went great. Very clean apartment, which is really cozy, as it comes across in the pictures. Very nice landlords and the perfect apartment for us.

We stayed at Viktor's place for the 2nd time and can highly recommend it. Everything is available for what you need and the spa, as well as some shops such as Aldi, etc. are within walking distance. Almost right next to the apartment is a playground, which my 3-year-old daughter found really great.

Beautiful apartment – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and offers comfortable beds for restful nights. The location is excellent – just a stone's throw from the Externsteinen and with shopping options close by. Communication with host Michael was straightforward and friendly. We had a wonderful weekend in the apartment Kamineich! The apartment is well equipped. The apartment was also super equipped for small children. Communication was quick and friendly, everything fit and the apartment is beautifully decorated. There was also free entrance to the Sababurg Zoo via the apartment, which is only 15 minutes away and a visit is highly recommended. Clear recommendation!

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. Booking into to the property is very clear and extremely easy. Will be visiting again in the future. Thank, Kev & Elfie 😊

Super accommodation, quiet, clean, on foot Rewe, pharmacy and a nice Italian (Pippo) are accessible, so beautiful and relaxed for me that I almost preferred to keep it to myself as a secret tip... Thanks to the hostess! PS: Wifi also great, I was able to work super remotely!

Irina and Carsten are very friendly and helpful hosts. The accommodation was perfect and the sauna was a highlight. In addition, we were given all the necessary information we needed for our stay. We felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time. 5 stars!

Very nice apartment, in a secluded location. Super equipped, clean and a beautiful terrace. Very comfortable bed. Right near the Externsteine. Marion is very nice and accommodating. I can really only recommend the apartment.

Everything perfect. Parking spaces for the motorcycles in the garage were offered by the host on his own initiative. Very attentive.

Everything was great so far. It would only be nice if it is stated that the spa area costs extra,although the prices were also order. Maybe you can still separate the spa area for privacy. In the bedroom, a curtain would be nice to darken. I'd love to come back.

Beautiful and well-secured house. And an alert host. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are the eye-catchers. Great. Just a shame that a neighbor doesn't want you to sit outside after 10 p.m. Nice city of Paderborn nearby.

We felt very comfortable in Aaron's apartment. The beds were wonderfully cozy and overall the apartment was a dream. My friends and I would visit this apartment again at any time and recommend it to everyone. It was very clean and super cozy. Thank you so much for everything! :-)
