Man what can I say. Shawn went above and beyond what any host has done in the past. He was helpful from booking to checkout and even accommodated a few requests we had. Definitely give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. Great location. Walkable to many things. Great location and even a better host.

Our stay was excellent. The location in K-town was great for quickly getting to restaurants and the apartment itself was very clean. Popping over to the grocery store next door and having access to an air fryer while we’re on the road was a surprising luxury. The team did their best to get us a mail key when we realized a family member needed to send us something; though the response wasn’t immediately prompt, they were able to help us find a solution before checking out.

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay here during our trip to Los Angeles! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see but still quiet and peaceful at night. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA!

Sam's Hollywood Hills appartment was fantastic. Great location, quiet with a million dollar view on LA, but still close to all the attractions that West Hollywood has to offer. The appartment was just as nice in the pictures as it was in reality and it has everything you need, including some snacks that Sam left for us at the arrival. Sam was also very attentative and always easy to reach and responded quickly. We can highly recommend and would come back again if back in the area.

Very unique home that matched description perfectly. Isabelle was very helpful with our early check in and responded very quick when messaged. Gated parking was great as the street filled pretty fast. House was very clean and host was super nice !! Is a lower level home but no upstairs noise so that was great !!! Very close to lots of places in walking distance to save gas. Also the bed is huge which is a plus !! Loved the stay there :)

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space captured the local vibe perfectly — stylish, welcoming, and peaceful. The layout was fantastic, and it felt like stepping into a Restoration Hardware showroom. Everything was spotless, and surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

We are really satisfied about the time we spent here, everything was perfect and Monika was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked if we could check-in an hour before and the house was ready two hours before, making everything much easier for us (we had lots of luggage with us). I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Rochelle provided clear instructions, lots of communication, was super responsive to my questions, and even proactively offered a larger roll away bed for one guest to make sure we were all comfortable. The house is a work of art - beautiful details, perfect mix of original character, with modern finishes for comfort. Plus it was immaculately clean for our arrival. We loved it! The outdoor space greatly exceeded our expectations and we spent our mornings enjoying coffee outside in the casual seating area, and our meals at the outdoor dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a lot more. The neighborhood is great and very safe with several grocery stores and shopping areas within an easy walk. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here with the house and with Rochelle - I’d give 10 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to her. The place is exactly as it is described. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Also, Pavillions (supermarket) is a short walk to pick up supplies. We would book this again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
