Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

This place is exactly as described. The host was helpful. Everything was perfect! Beautiful and clean! I would recommend.

The home was as described and not far from a Trader Joe's and restaurants. The only thing our group wished we would’ve been made aware of before arriving was that we needed to contact the host whenever we wanted to use the hot tub since they controlled it. We all think that should have been included in the house rules ahead of time since it did directly affect our stay. That being said, the host was pretty responsive to turning on the hot tub but we would have preferred to have autonomy regarding this.

Communication from the start was excellent. Host kept in touch and was very helpful with check in process. House was amazing, practically brand new in ever regard. Spacious bedrooms, well equipped and in excellent shape. Kitchen was perfect for making family meals (a veggie peeler would be great though!). Beds were super comfy and having a bedroom downstairs provided a quiet place for the baby to sleep and nap. Outdoor seating space with heaters was excellent for family game night. One note - washer and dryer are in guest house (which is well appointed), makes doing laundry a bit tricky if anyone is sleeping late or occupying the space. There was an issue with the pool heater not working, host sent a pool tech at 7am the next morning and he worked some magic and the pool was a great option to have for the kids. Neighborhood is super charming and quiet. Felt safe. Kinda in a funky area but an easy drive to anything you need. Beverly Hills is only 9 mins away.

The house was in a location close enough to LA, Topanga, the Getty, hiking, shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our requests and feedback. The outdoor space was comfortable and the house was perfect sized for my friend and I to stay and catch up with, and host for brunch, three old friends. Thank you!

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

What a charming home! This home is located near many shops and restaurants, some even walkable. Spacious kitchen, good sized bedrooms and so many bathrooms! The outdoor space is amazing too! There is a dedicated outdoor kitchen, with a grill and pizza oven, best of all PLENTY of outdoor seating. My entire party enjoyed the stay at this property! Melissa was AMAZING to communicate with and responded so quickly to all my questions! This experience was an A+ all the way!!!

The place is amazing, the location is just what we were looking for. Leon himself is very friendly and responsive. I look forward to booking this place again the next time I’m in town.

Anna is a great host – we really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time, her thoughtful local recommendations, and the delicious freshly baked Italian bread she brought us. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, and very well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. It’s located close to the airport in a calm, residential neighborhood. A perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay while visiting LA – we’d gladly come back!

Although I didn’t get to meet Marie, she was still a great host! Her place was very clean, and just as pictured. I was able to keep in contact with her very easily! Highly recommend

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)
