In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

We spent a long weekend in Bert's charming flat. The location is excellent, most of the sights are within walking distance. There are also great cafes, restaurants and shops around the corner. The balcony overlooking the Leie is very nice. The flat is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Bert was very communicative and friendly.

Nathalie welcomed us very well for our arrival on site and gave us some tips and recommendations that we followed near the accommodation, the apartment is nearby, 5/10 minutes walk from a tram stop and about 30/40 minutes walk from the center. Ideal for friends and/or family with large spaces and well-equipped!

We had an amazing stay. We came with our 4 year old and there was so much to do. The location was ideal and you could walk to most places and the public transport was so easy and reliable too, so even when you did venture further out it was easy. The house was great and had nice, big bedrooms. The kitchen was incredible and you could easily do some proper cooking while there. The air bnb also came with a very cute dog and cat which our daughter adored! I would absolutely come back again :)

This small apartment is beautifully furnished, everything is available as described and has a beautiful location in a rural environment. I really liked the contact with the hosts. We always saw each other and exchanged ideas in the morning and evening. I was very happy to use the seating on my own terrace. The weather also played along... I can only highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back.

A beautiful house with great ameniti s. Pool and outside area was lovely in good weather. Great communication from Stijn and his neighbours who met us at the house and answered any questions. Nice area with Lidl and other supermarkets a short drive. Plenty of restaurants, some in walking distance. An easy drive to Flanders Expo for P&R into Ghent using the tram. Added bonus of chickens in the garden so fresh eggs every day! Easy train ride to Bruges for a day trip. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
