Ci sono due spazi all'aperto: un patio e una terrazza dalla quale si può scorgere un pezzetto di lago. Il salotto ha un divano letto, una televisione e un tavolo da pranzo con quattro posti. La cucina ha tutto l'occorrente per preparare da mangiare. La camera da letto ha un grande armadio, un letto (140x200) e una finestra sul terrazzo. Il bagno è piccolino, ma ha la vasca.

Die 80m2 grosse Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder und eine Küche mit offenem Wohnraum. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkte Sicht auf den See. (Es kommen pro Aufenthalt am Ende 200.- für die Reinigung dazu.)
