Super suitable accommodation for a family with children. The swimming pool, playground and beach next door, not to mention the bikes and petanque court, are made for a good stay.

Very nice house in the countryside, recently transformed, quiet, easy to access. A car is necessary to visit the region, several sites and beaches are easily accessible. The house was extremely clean, well arranged, and comfortable. The indoor games, foosball and heated indoor pool are very enjoyable! Finally, a big thank you for the quality of the welcome and the delicious far breton!

We had a great family stay in this beautiful and large friendly house! The house is located in the city center with parking spaces right in front. Perfect for reaching all shops on foot. The house is large, beautiful space, beautiful garden, beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a great time with the family! The pool was very popular because it was heated! The setting is quiet and warm. Yoann and his friend are very friendly. We were greeted by Cathy at the entrance of the accommodation. We'll be back without hesitation. It's the perfect place to enjoy with family, in a beautiful environment. We recommend visiting the auction: the museum and the tour are worth it. We learn a lot of things! The Guilvinec market is huge with a lot of choice!

Excellent stay in this beautiful house with perfect amenities and impeccably clean. We loved the location which allowed us to start many walking tours to beautiful scenery. 2 beaches nearby. Walking town center with bakery and supermarket. Extremely responsive and accommodating host ( especially for our arrival). Thank you Lucile for a very successful family stay. Absolutely beautiful house in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house was immaculate and the hosts were so friendly. Lots of kitchen equipment . Audierne is a very quaint French Seaside town , very quiet and wonderful beaches for our dog. Only one thing to look out for was the Midges they were everywhere at night. So pack your insect repellant.

Centrally but very quietly located A few minutes from restaurants and bakeries as well as a supermarket. Equipment as good as new. Good beds. Car can be safely parked directly at the house on the property.

Beautiful, quiet, secluded area near the beach (only a few minutes away by car). House well equipped, very cozy. Key handover very nice and completely. Ideal location to explore the southern Finstere. Nice restaurants nearby. Very friendly host who responds very quickly and is always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Perfect parking directly at the house. Grilling facilities are available, in front of the house, a quiet courtyard is attached, ideal for breakfast. Well-appointed bathroom with a view of the Atlantic. Living area very spacious with a great kitchen (with dishwasher!!!). However, the bed in the bedroom is a bit too small. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax well. In addition, the location was ideal for our excursions. We would love to come back if we ever travel to this corner of Brittany again.

Roscanvel is away from the tourist spots of the peninsula, in a residential environment. It is oriented towards the East, the view is therefore that of the interior of the cove, with a succession of islets and points that border it, it is very unusual for Brittany, and exotic, it looks like some regions of Greece. To clarify a previous comment, the first island (Long Island) is indeed home to a military base, and it is a little lit up at night. Sometimes a few naval exercises. There's no man dead... Huge terrace with this hypnotic view, large bay windows that capture the warmth of the sun in the morning, luxurious house (armchairs from the Bouroullec brothers, if I'm not mistaken?) and well designed (no wall between the bedroom and the living room). Two toilets, two bathrooms, storage in the bedrooms, frankly, I'm a difficult person, I'd like to live there all year round. The reception on arrival and departure was perfect.

The house is superbly well located and has complete equipment in perfect condition for a great stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the beautiful ocean view!!

Beautiful house and decorated with great taste (bravo Susanna, it was nice to observe every little detail of the decoration whether it's the cords in the corners of the walls, the small whale tails serving as a closet door, or the "light fixture" made of ropes and light bulbs, there is idea and originality in the m2😊) The place is quiet and soothing while being close to the coast and shops. You feel very quickly at home, and we were torn between visiting the area and enjoying the feeling of peace and well-being that emanates from this house. We had a very good stay and the next trip is already booked in this beautiful place. The instructions given by Baptiste were clear and he was very responsive to any questions asked. In addition, apple juices from their orchards were offered for sale (really excellent and it was nice to have the family taste it when they returned from the stay). See you soon and thank you

Beautiful, what a wonderful place to stay and so convenient yet a world away from Brest. Had a super time exploring this part of Brittany with the helpful recommendations of our lovely host Guillaume. Loved it.

We had a lovely stay and found the house to be very comfortable and spacious, with a nicely maintained, peaceful garden. We were greeted at check in with all the information we needed and really appreciated the flexibility and the locally sourced welcome snacks & bottle. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Our hosts François and his wife are charming, caring people, offering a quality accommodation in the middle of a former agricultural estate. For those who love nature, the location is beautiful. On the days starting to cool, the insert was very easy and pleasant to use, François dropping off at our door, logs and small wood, without having to ask him. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful and pleasant quiet house but close to the points of interest of 'a region. well exposed garden to settle in the sun for an aperitif after an afternoon at the beach or hiking (GR34 accessible 5 min walk from the house). We'll definitely be back!
