The apartment was very clean, bright, well-ventilated, with a full kitchen. The pleasant coverage for a good conversation!! I quite liked the apartment. Mayara was very kind, gave many tips and always responded promptly.

Rodrigo’s place is really nice, quiet and excellently located! Rodrigo was very clear and polite and was super flexible. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!

Ana is very polite and receptive, the accommodation is great and well clean.

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

The information was clear and the doubts were quickly resolved. The check-in was very smooth, even though I arrived with my family at midnight. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I didn't miss the air conditioning. The ceiling fans are more than sufficient. The apartment has good lighting. I definitely highly recommend it and if I go back to BH I would stay again. Thank you!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!

Very good stay. We stayed only one night to go to a game at the MRV Arena and the front of the house overlooks the Arena, very close, we went and came back on foot. Safe place, the house served us perfectly, it has everything you need to spend quiet days and is very comfortable. Ana attended to us very well and gave clear instructions for check-in, making it easy and always being ready to help and assist in whatever way possible. I recommend and intend to return!

Paulo is a sympathy, received us with a smile on his face. House impeccably clean, organized and with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen and the barbecue area near the pool are a show apart. We'll be back for sure. I highly recommend.

Our stay was super nice. The house is beautiful. Full kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable bed. The outdoor area is green, overlooking the forest, beautiful garden and the waterfall with the lake gives it all the charm. We love to sit and enjoy the sun in nature, to the sound of falling water. The jacuzzi is also super nice, with very hot water and a whirlpool, extremely relaxing. The interior with television and big screen, very cool for watching movies at night, and we also had fun with the video game with games from the 90s. The stay is super worth it and excellent for those looking for a moment to relax and rest. Easy to reach. We really enjoyed the experience, we felt at home and we hope to return.

The house is very functional. The cozy indoor and outdoor environments and conducive to rest. Ethienne and Bruno are very kind and agile to answer all questions. The outdoor environment is a delight! We have a barbecue with the family and enjoy a swimming pool, sun, the birds singing and so many fruit trees - you can forget that we are in BH!! The only point is that the double bed really, as described by the hosts, does not hold a larger person.

It was my husband who made the reservation, but I would like to leave this review because our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, very well cared for and cozy. Our son had a lot of fun, both in the spacious garden and in the areas of the condominium, which has a beautiful lake with ducks. Beds are extremely comfortable, with sheets and towels of high quality. Townhouse there were very hot sheets, ideal for the cooler nights. The kitchen is super well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator was already stocked with water and ice. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and with a well-kept home energy. I took the opportunity to relax reading some of the excellent books available there. The sofa is super comfortable and was perfect for us to watch a family movie. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The host, Antônio always very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

I highly recommend! Webert and his wife were extremely attentive and helpful throughout their stay. I needed to change the number of guests and, promptly, they provided an extra room to accommodate everyone in comfort. Communication was easy and hospitality made all the difference.
