In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket (300 m), restaurants and a bowling alley. Bestensee is located between Berlin and Spreewald and has several swimming lakes and cycling trails.

Bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, living-kitchen area open with views of the beautiful oak, very quiet location at the highest point of the municipality, 5 minutes' walk to the restaurant, 10 minutes to the village center (supermarkets, bakery, hairdresser, banks, post office, public transport), the magnificent vineyard and the generational forest make the walk a beautiful experience
