We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

We had a very nice time in Cap d'Agde. The apartment is in a great location and the view from the apartment directly to the sea is great. The apartment is equipped with everything. Also suitable for children. Direct access to the beach. The only downside was that during our stay, very loud construction work took place in several apartments around us in the house.

This was our very first air BnB, I think it will be very difficult to come across better hosts than Béatrice and Olivier! They are kind! We had the chance to spend a bit of a day with Olivier with whom we went to sea, a moment out of time, discussions of laughter and especially a lot of sharing his knowledge about boats. Thank you again for the 2nd experience, it was amazing! Beatrice and Olivier are passionate people and invested in the well-being of their guests, everything you need is in the studio, the cleaning is perfect nothing to say, they give you all the information and flyers to make the most of their regions as well as a very good restaurant address. Thank you again for everything, it was really perfect, we'll be happy to come back!

From my first communication to our final goodbye our experience was an absolute joy and exceeded my high expectations. A delightfilled and creatively decorated apartment with high quality decor and kitchen appliances above a vibrant street with fabulous restaurants. We slept so well in a comfortable bed and were not disturbed at all due to excellent soundproofing. What more could you ask for? Then the best surprise of all , a truly magnificent breakfast. So delicious and beautifully presented. 🤩Montpellier is a beautiful destination and we chose the perfect accommodation with the perfect hosts. 🙏 for all your kindness . Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

Very nice apartment for a very pleasant stay

The accommodation is simply beautiful, perfectly located, impeccably clean: nothing to complain about! Flora is adorable and very responsive, and Chantal who welcomed us on site was very kind, smiling and warm. A big thank you to both for this perfect stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Awesome stay at this place in a great location! Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, transport... while being quiet. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We feel really good there. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating!
